  1. those mods I posted tho do help when in doubt  I have 300+ mods working the only issue is for me is noone of them are compatible. I had to force learn creation kit today >_< Ohhh and your on oldrim. Step it up brotha, come to the SSE side  It was funny because I completely forgot I even had that mod until I saw it. And I have some of those mods for Oldrim, I've been fortunate enough to have a surprisingly stable game despite having close to 600 mods active through MO and 229 plugins. The thought of modding SSE did cross my mind until I started seeing people complain about how often it updates and them considering going back to Oldrim just because of it. Have you tried making a merged patch through xEdit? I recently found out how to do it a few weeks ago, and it's been great at consolidating incompatibilities I run across (I have more than a few NPC replacers )
  2. I found the culprit for my issue - it was this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/94545 The mod is intended to replace the female head mesh, but for some reason it was extending to male NPCs as well, even those added by mods such as Interesting NPCs. Because it's just a mesh replacer, removing it from my mods list in MO resolved the issue for me. Now every NPC - males included - have lip animations again.
  3. If you happen to have SL installed, check the Animation Settings submenu, then see my comment above yours If the voice and expressions are both set to true, the system can end up locking their mouth animations. Also, I believe there are some other related mods (ABBA, and SLSO if I remember correctly) , that also can cause similar problems Thanks for the reply. I finally found the culprit - it was this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/94545 The mod was intended to replace the female head meshes, but for some reason it was extending to male NPCs, even those added by other mods such as Interesting NPCs. Removing that mod fixed my issue.
  4. Don't mean to necro an old post, but did you ever find a fix for this? I've got the exact same issue going on.
  5. Did you ever find a fix for this? I've been experiencing this same thing for a couple months now.
  6. I've been toying around with the global values for Onmund's acceptance and romance. I've gotten more dialogue greetings from him but nothing else. I'm wondering if there's a way I can trigger the gift options through the console? I have a sense of what these values are and what they mean but i have no idea how to execute them to my advantage also i've gotten a weird bug where i tell Onmund he can say anything he wants without restricting himself but he never says a word unless its in combat or its quest-related banter. I only just found this out because i was able to see all of his dialogue lines and i noticed a lot of follower commentary that i've never heard him say once
  7. Just out of curiosity, does Onmund recognize 3DNPCs?
  8. I do keep getting that dialogue option even though I've already chosen it. It allows me to keep selecting it and I get the same notification every time.
  9. So its still possible for me to romance him then? It just might take more time?
  10. Yeah its extremely tedious. Most of Skyrim's vanilla quests are like that to be honest, there are only a few that I genuinely enjoy. Onmund seems to have random commentary in some of the Daedric quests (Peryite, Malacath and Molag Bal for instance), and I got the "Onmund thinks he's closer to you" notification right after I finished Peryite's quest. So now I'm running all over Skyrim doing random quests to see if it happens again hahaha
  11. Hey thanks!! How can you give him a gift and what counts as a gift? When you talk to him choose the option 'Onmund, I have a gift for you' (or something like that) and then your inventory is going to open, choose the gift you want to give him from your inventory and that's all . Look at the top left part of your screen, it must say something like 'Onmund thinks he is closer to you' after giving him the gift. I use 'A Matter of Time' so at first I didn't see that so pay attention if you are using something like that . The option to give him a gift appears after some hours in game, I haven't really paid attention how many, let's just say 72 hours (remember this is an example). So every 72 hours in game the option is going to appear. Just talk to him and select the option every time it appears. If the option to give him a gift doesn't show up there must be something wrong. Hope you understand me. English is not my native language. I've had this mod for a while and I never had this dialog option... I do have the most recent update and I never changed my relationship with him via another mod, so he shouldn't be broken, I hope. There's also the mod itself that isn't overwritten by anything and I did tried parting ways with him and ask him to follow me again, and nothing changed. I hope I won't have to restart my game to fix this... On another note, I do feel like my relationship with Onmund did change: when I talk to him, he often asks if I have anything sweet to say, and he did say something suggestive when I talked to him naked once. But truly, I don't know if all this means anything 'cause in the end I feel like I haven't progressed at all whit him. Same situation here I don't know what can be causing this problem. Remember this is still a BETA version. I have had some issues (not many) with this mod since the sixth update before that everything worked fine for me. With this last update (seventh) I experienced missing voice dialogue. I resolved it by doing a save and reinstalling the mod (manually). I don't know what caused that problem in the first place but after reinstalling it I haven't experienced it anymore. The idle dialogue of Onmund only fires when I load a save game (all the other kind of dialogue works fine and I've never had any problems with them), have you experienced a problem with that? If so, do you know how to fix it? May I suggest you two (beastinair and superfi24) to check load order (of all the mods you have installed)? I use LOOT myself but it is important to pay attention to what the author of the mods say about the order of their mods too. Another thing that I could suggest is to share your list of mods. Maybe anbeegod or someone else could see if there could be some kind of problem with other mod. Unless anbeedod tells you it is safe I don't recommend trying to clean this mod with TES5EDIT. Hope you two can resolve this problem 'cause it's a nice mod. Shezarrine is at the very bottom of my load order, but I'm pretty sure I know what the issue is. I started Skyrim with a save game I got from the Nexus. What I thought was going to be an alternative start turned out to be a "pseudo-save" of sorts. The main quest had already been completed (which I liked since I can't stand the main quest) but the rest of the major quests (Thieves, Dark Brotherhood, College, Civil War, etc) hadn't. When I downloaded this mod and I first talked to Onmund at the College he gave me the "you returned from Sovngarde" dialogue and both my character and Onmund behaved as if I had just returned from Sovngarde. So because of this I never got to hear any of his dialogue with the main quest and its likely the reason why its taking me so long to progress through the romance stage and even the second part of Shezarrine. Not sure if this is what it is or if its something else as well, but that would make sense.
  12. If he says 'Got anything sweet to say", then it means you're on the romance path. Do you see the notification "Onmund feels he's closer to you"? Have you told him your story which led to Onmund asking your opinion about him? I've been seeing that notification randomly after completing certain quests. Last time I saw it was after completing Peryite's quest (specifically right after killing the main boss in Bthardamz). I exhausted all dialogue options with him. I haven't gotten the option to tell him my story
