Nevermind good people, It has been solved. The cause was Nvidia Experience, the profile it made messed it up.

[sOLVED] Greetings Nexus, I have an issue with ENB in Skyrim. I have used ENB quite a lot before and this issue just baffles me. Over on the official ENBseries forums, I have already asked about this issue but no solution was found (You can find the thread with my PC specs and screenshots here). Therefore I come here, desperately in need of help as I really want to get back into screenarchery. In case you didn't read the thread I posted in the link, the problem is that it seems only some parts of my ENB are operational in-game. The DoF isn't working, and some other things, I can't specify as I don't know what is responsible for what, I can only add that the shadows are really jaggy, as if ENB was off. Causes that I have eliminated so far: The ENB binary. I have tried several versions, no change.The ENB profile. I have tried several variations, no change.Skyrimprefs.ini. Corrected it with help on ENBseries, even replaced it with the Skyrimprefs.ini of the creator, no change.Checked my Nvidia drivers, they all seem up to date.I'm rather stuck at the moment and though that perhaps someone here has experienced the same or a similar situation. Ok. I've got a weekly backup running to an external HDD so my files are safe. Thanks for the link, I'll run it right away, if it turns out bad, at least I know what to ask for Yule..

Hello Nexus. As the preview discription said, I had a serious system crash after changing the Field of View through the fov command in-game. And I was hoping someone could help me identify what caused it. Today was the first time I used this command after learning that though this way I could get closer onto details for making screenshots. The first time I was playing around with it I increased and decreased the FoV. But after some minutes I had my first crash. I didn't think much of it, things crash from time to time, nothing to worry about. So after the first crash and went back into Skyrim and this time I only decreased the FoV, and again after 10-15 minutes or so it crashed again. But this time a blue screen showed up and it gave me a miniature heart attack, but this wasn't the worst, after it rebooted, it gave me this: Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device... etc After this I though my HDD was a goner! :facepalm: But, thank the gods, after waiting 5 minutes I was able to reboot it into save mode and after that everything seems back to normal. I was hoping if someone could tell me Double U F happened? At least one thing is sure, I won't be messing with that command ever again. Also another unwanted side effect that I seem to be having after boosting the FoV upto 120 is that I'm feeling rather dizzy..

Hello Nexus, I have major problem. The save files of my main character that I write about on my blog got corrupt and last I checked the biggest one was over 77MB. I was using wormwoods "Sound of Skyrim" files but today I checked the page and found that it had been hidden. And after a bit of searching I find out that they are causing the save bloat, so like the fool I am, I uninstalled them instantly. Resulting in my saves to get messed up. I tried to load previous saves and save after that, but I fear it has no use. Now I really don't want to lose this character, I only use her for roleplay, but she is level 21, and I really don't want to redo everything. So my main question is; Is there a way to remake her, start a new game, yes, but instantly give her the skills she has right now. I really need your help with this one guys. :wallbash: I feel terrible. :(
