I have a voice actor who wich to voice my npc, if she record her voice and make only a WMA audio file, can I import it to CK? Do we really need CK to do so?

Hi, I want to know if someone can make for me a sheild base on whiterun guard shield but with my Stonecrest Banner logo on it (you can make the logo a bit différant that the banner) You can see the City logo on the nesxt picture http://i.imgur.com/CJmFDMe.jpg. It will be appreciate if you can recolor a whiterun guard armor (change the yellow color to dark white)
