ok heres how i do it download fomm from here then save to desktop first make a folder in my documents,now download any mod,save into my documents,thenopen fomm ,click package manager, then add mod, get mod from folder, check on data files then if its there im glad i helped hope this helped

ok i downloaded the nv geck and i tried the tut on the geck website i get to the bit where it says now add vault 108 i cant do it so i cant find a tut for nv thats true also how do you make youre weapon change colors like i want a .44 revolver black with tiger stripes how do i do it lastly how do you add new locations like a location from AWOP say a bunker? then i could spawn weps ect or i also want good springs larger with more houses and quests lol also how do you make a quest? please help or if someone could just make my mod?

wouldnt it be cool if the traveling merchants had thier own base/settlement? there could be a place to sign up for a daily quest aa a caravan mercenary plus you could make a trader commander where you can dress them and give them weapons? maybe even make up the route the go with a laser pointer aim and shoot at a location and they follow to there? maybe a little camp during youre route?hire more traders ,guards? i thought of this idea while heading to novac after nipton at the bridge i followed the traders and we came across legion assassins, legion squads, vipers, more vipers and night stalkers then i was like could this be a mod? i checked sadly no so please awsome modders make this for me and the other people who do things like this

hey i used fomm and installed all my mods then i went on to new vegas from fomm and then steam and just after it loads a little it frezes then loads out and says falloutnv has stopped working check online to a solution and nothing comes up anyone here know anything?

have enclave patrolling the mojave with outposts and bases like in f3 and have bases outposts citizens ect and they are friendly they have quests vaults ect?
