  1. Does anybody know of a mod that lets you navigate mod-added menus (i.e. more hotkeys please, convenient horses, etc.) with the keyboard? Or is this a limitation of SKSE?
  2. At it's most simple, the plugins tab lists the mods that you've installed (as long as they include a .esp or .esm), while the mods tab lists the mods you've downloaded.
  3. Which process are you referring to, the original one with saveini, or the one solymer posted (manually edit ini file and just refreshini)? It's the saveini command that saves the generated settings to an ini file in your data folder (name matches the last enabled mod in your load order).
  4. Couple possible solutoin: A. Re-enable the door: 1. Open up the command console (with '~') 2. click on where the door should be, (you should see a series of hex digits appear at the top center of the shaded area, if it's 000014 you've selected yourself by mistake) 3. Type enable B. Toggle collision 1. OPen the command console 2. type TCL (should say collision disabled) 3. Type TCL again (until it says 'collision enabled') c. Try reloading the area, either by reloading that save, or loading an earlier one.
  5. Yes. I encountered the same sort of behavior playing around with 'setav speedmult' The change didn't have any effect until I sprinted (with Alt key) for a second. It seems changes don't take effect until you do something that causes the game to check those values (i.e. loading a save, entering a new area, fast move, etc.)
  6. For some reason, whenever I try to use getini or setini with "ugridstoload:general" it responds with the 'unknown type' error. I can use getini just fine with other settings (both in the general and other section). I've tried it with other settings in the general section that appear before the ugrids line, and ones that appear after it. I did have a problem initially with not being able to type in the quote character, but solved that with the 'disable ehome infrared receiver' trick. Can somebody give me some idea of what's happening here? I've searched the web, but couldn't find any answers, and only a couple of other people that have had this problem (none of whom got answers, either). what I've tried: variations in capitalization, (all lower case, exact casing from generated ini file, all uppercase, all uppercase with a lower-case u, etc.) these just produced more 'unknown type' errors using a semi-colon instead of a regular colon splitting ugridstoload and general into separate sets of quotes "ugridstoload" by itself (with the quotes, of course) "general" byitself reinstalling skyrim
