  1. My original set up was a clean FCOM install. I added in loading screens next. ( Reg, add on , and shivering isles, Regular colors ). Since then it has been showing the same loading screen ( a imperial wearing a elven crown/helmet ) but with new subtitles every time it shows. Here's my LO in case you need it. But it's pretty long now.
  2. Well I still have the guard textures I know that. Outside the imperial city you will see guards with the regular gear on. They changed what guards the ones inside the city use, and I hate it. The biggest problem here for me though it the loading screens one. I can't explain how annoying it is to have this same god damn loading screen pop up every single time ( close to it ) when you downloaded 1,000 other ones.
  3. I actually ended up backing up all my files after a full clean install of FCOM .... =/
  4. The first thing isn't really a bug or problem, but I really do not like that FCOM changed the guard armor of imperial city guards to be a silver-ish color. I think the textures just don't work well. I raelly want it to go back to the original but not enough to get rid of FCOM ( hell no ). If any one knows a way to change it... Downloaded the loading screens replacement mods, ( normal ones ), and it will show the same vanilla loading screen except with new comments under it, and the position of them changed. It will show this annoying same loading screen around 40% of the time and it is really... really.. really annoying. This has happened to me every time I have ever used this mod on any number of new installs and I am guessing it happens to a lot of people and they just ignore it. But there should be a fix by now, if anyone knows how let me know. Using Deadly Reflex V5 has ALWAYS done this for me on any number of new installs, saves, etc. It never lets me use the dodge, and it never lets me kick, I can use bash keys, behead, skull crush, cut in half, slit throats, stealth attacks, etc, etc, etc, but NEVER can I use the dodge key and NEVER can I kick.
  5. I figured it out, and got a lot of performance back, although I still have a large FPS hit in some UL areas ( around chorrol ), but that's only because of my graphics card and since I am not planning on playing on this one I should be fine.
  6. Well like I said earlier QTP3 redamized ran fine, I did not feel this loss in performance until after I downloaded most of the UL's and 4-5 large quest mods and their UL patches. If it's a graphics card problem I should be fine, considering my upgrade will be able to play Skyrim just fine, but what I am worried about is how my FPS took a huge hit just from using UL and extra quest mods, before that using FCOM ( with legendary creatures textures ) with my tree fade and grass fade at 100%, and while running enhanced weather, I could run through the game with speed and athletics at full, and I could fight 5 goblins, and 10 rats, and a few NPC's all at once while having the same FPS as I have now just walking around.
  7. Had a full FCOM rig with a couple other mods in there as well. Then I downloaded almost all of the Unique Landscapes, and downloaded patches for them and some quest. Now running outside has a huge performance hit. I also downloaded a texture pack for meats and vegtables and one for flora and doors. I was using QTP3 redamized before that with no issues. I also got the crash prevent OBSE plugin. It has turned into a huge performance hit. I am wondering whats causing it, I am not playing currently the plan was to mod up my game for the ( HUGE UPGRADE ) graphics card I will be replacing my shitty built in card with. Is the performance hit due to scripts ? Or graphics. ( Is it being caused by new things added in like extra rocks/waterfalls or is it just having trouble rendering them ). The other problem is that I keep noticing frozen creatures and people ( happens usually only outside, sometimes in caves ). When I went to the modded AFK weye literally every single person was frozen looking in a different direction. A few creatures were frozen, ( fish and rats were moving fine, some fallen ones ( FCOM goblins ) were also doing fine. But pretty often creatures/NPC's will be frozen in place. Remember though my current graphics card can play a FCOM rig with deadly reflex/supreme magica/ and plenty of other game play changes, as well as QTP3 redamized with nearly double the performance I am getting now with grass one full view ( grass is completely off now ). But my upgrade will be a extreme improvement, ( it should be able to run skyrim, and crysis on decent graphics ). So if this is a bug problem, or scipting problem that cannot be fixed with a upgraded graphics card I need to know, or if I did something wrong let me know also. And thanks for the help.   8. I have been trying to find out what mod is making there be " trader chairs " everywhere and they are all missing their meshes. I figured tamriel travelers but I have looked through all the meshes and they are all added in. If any one has any ideas help me out. Here's me LO.
  9. Was that also your answer for the loading screens? Those do work it just leaves in one vanilla screen it will show all the time. And thanks for the help.
  10. Hmm. So I should make a folder and name it data and move meshes .. etc into that? Then use that for OBMM? What I have been doing is dragging meshes+texture folders to the desktop and then putting those into OMODS.
  11. Using OBMM for a lot of mods now. And I noticed a lot of times ( 50% ) OMODS that have textures and meshes will no actually add the textures and meshes into the game. So instead I would need to put them in the data file which makes it hard to uninstall. Any way it has not worked with these mods ( so far ). Warcry, Qarls textures 3 , Deadly Reflex V5, and a few quest mods. Any help on how to get it done right would be helpful.
  12. 2 problems in one here. I have been posting a lot of issues but that's because I am getting the core of my mods ( FCOM and other overhauls ... ( SM + LAME + RB + Deadly Reflex + AF ) etc. I have narrowed down the problems and the source of a lot of them are that I can't figure out how to make a omod with textures and meshes. I know what you should do... I create the omod after adding in the meshes and textures but unless the mod comes with OMOD data there is a 50/50 chance that the textures/ meshes won't take even though they said there activated.. and then I have to manually add them into the data folder ( which makes uninstalling horrible ). On the loading screen " problem " the new loading screens are working fine. ( Loading Screens Replacer + Add on + Shivering Isles ). But for some reason it leaves in one vanilla loading screen that will appear more often then any other loading screen and kinda throws it off balance. It's a man with a elven helmet in the vanilla style and I get it around 30% of the time ( the other 70% is all new ones ). Might not seem like much but it bugs the hell out of me the game would feel a lot nicer if I could get rid of it.
  13. They include balancing patches for FCOM and OOO. As in OMOBS stats in the weapons. I have those patches the problem is that they do not fix the prices to FCOM/OOO standards which throws the entire economy of the game out of balance ( considering how mutch Arma adds ). I have the complete version with all patches. That doesn't fix the pricing though.
  14. Every time I decapitate any one wearing the bound armor set that many summon it pops up a big mesh error. I was sure there was a fix for this but I couldn't find it. If any one knows let me know. Also if anyone knows how to get ducking to let you stay in first person with deadly reflex V5 on a regular basis or how to kick that would be nice too.
  15. Trying to perfect my FCOM set up. And I really want to add Arma into it. I have seen on the unofficial FCOM update page and on the Arma page that this can and is done. But the problem I have is that while the items from arma seem to drop in the right place ( drops colored fur with reg fur .. etc ). And I love having a couple 1000's extra weapons and armors in the game, I don't want it to completely ruin the economic system. What I mean is that in FCOM the prices meant for lets say a fur chest piece, is about 24. A arma Green Chest Piece is priced around 150. And around that same ratio on all other added items is what it is starting to look like. I figured that if it is meant for compatibility someone would have fixed this by now. I have heard someone say enhanced economy can fix it but I checked the readme and description and it doesn't mention it. If any one can help me out here... I love you.
  16. My game may be ruined. Just after I installed FCOM and the works too... I installed Deadly Reflex 6. Uninstalled it. Then installed deadly reflex 5. ( using OMODS ). Then I uninstalled deadly reflex 5 again and decided to give deadly reflex 6 another chance. Except this time the OMOD did what it likes to always do and had some " error cannot find file " which half way activates a OMOD and screws up your game and dirties up your data file.. .forever. So To get it to work i simply compied the meshes+textures+sounds+menus etc and eps to my data folder. After I did that it worked. Except only to find out version 6 adds in nudity without telling you. So I removed to esps and replaced it with version 5. This time. Which also had a bug " cannot find " so I copied the meshes and textures. Started a new game and version 5 seems to be working. Except I am stuck with all the animations from D6 ( the reason I got rid of it in the first place ). And now I can't see weapons being drawn ( or hardly at all ). I tried to remod oblivion because last time after months of modding I got a hack which destroyed my file and I never got to play it. I hope this doesn't destroy my game as well. Any help?
  17. Ya another reason I won't be using V6 is because of the crashes. Throwing weapons causes crashes + it added in nudity without mentioning that and Im not a fan.
