I had decided to customise the ENB I had downloaded, so I set out to do it.
I ended up changing some things, so I loaded up my game, it told me that it was SSAO enabled, but in slow mode. Previously, it had SSAO enabled, but it was in fast mode. Playing my version, it was really laggy, like stop and go every half second. What marks the difference between slow mode and fast mode? Some other ENB's I had grabbed were always slow mode, but the one I have (I forget what it is, but it was in the Hot Files for awhile) is in fast mode and it looks fantastic. Does slow mode look better, is there more effects?
Overall, my customization didn't look too good. It was too bright, and the colors were strange. I was hoping someone could point me towards a guide on how to customise it, telling what each thing in the .ini document does/says.
Finally, I was wondering what the difference between SSAO and, I think, SMAA. I have heard both mentioned, but I don't really know what they are and what they do (and how to turn them on and off). Any help would be appreciated.

I have been noticing this on my current character where when my hand, sword, or shield are next to an item (like a wall, crate, etc..) my hand/object becomes translucent. I can still see my hand/object, but I can see what is behind it too. I am not sure what is causing this, so any help would be appreciated.

And they will be like that when the Creation Kit is released. Right now, modders are working with much more difficult tools to get armor in game.

Witcher 2 models, meshes, and textures can be ported, because the creators of the game have given full permission for people to export those models, textures, meshes to other games as long as credit is given (and they can be uploaded legally). The only other game, that I can think of that has done that is STALKER.

Recently I checked out a couple of the Witcher 2 armor sets on the website and thought Skyrim could definitely use a bit more of those stylish armor.
For example, the Vran armor, Seltkirk's armor, or the Zireael's armor for instance. Also it would be very nice to have the addition of the numerous soldiers' and knights' plate armor from Witcher 2, like the plate armor worn by the knights storming the castle with Foltest and Geralt. Also any of the Roche's men's armor would look great in Skyrim.

Just some ideas and suggestions. But the knight armor would definitely be awesome.
I think that the Kaedweni soldiers of Geralts leather jacket would be a nice addition to Skyrim.

They have to been in that format for the game to find them. It was like that for Oblivion, F3, and FNV.

You have to rig them, and place them in game. That is about all, I have never done it though. Might want to ask LordOfWar.

I doubt it, there was a topic on the Bethsoft forums that Fileplanet had been taking Skyrim mods and uploading them on Fileplanet without permission. From there they would then change the description a little, along with the readme.

Maybe Ivory horns would go better with the ebony of the helmet. Maybe use the idea of mammoth tusks?

Don't be so vague. No one knows what you are talking about. Give info, post pics, and then people can go off of that. It's doubtful that they will like close (even similar). The best I have seen is for Conan, the Arnold version. There is a recent version that is quite striking.

I had no idea why you put this under requests. You are not requesting anything, you are just stating your fact. Anyways, certain people like certain things. There are huge anime fans out there (not me), and people like to get their anime mixed with Skyrim. That's why you have stuff liek that.
I don't use that stuff, but others do. That's why modding for the Elder Scrolls has been made, to help you make the game better in your opinion. Personally I think things like the Witcher gear or Assassin's Creed look cool. I think they also fit just fine into the Skyrim world.

Yeah, got plenty, but none are new on this playthrough. I had all these mods on my last two playthroughs.

I started a new save, and now whenever I am outside of Whiterun, I get CTD's in certain spots. It is really annoying, because I can't go anywhere in the game, without it crashing. I am not sure what is causing this.
I have updated to the newest patch, and I started a new character with it. I don't know if this is only in the Whiterun area, because Riverwood wasn't affected, but there seems to be specific areas where it will crash. Near the bridge when you are in the fields near Whiterun, around the gates into Whiterun, and then on the way to Silvermoon Camp. I quite after that, because I was getting rather frustrated.
Any help would be VERY APPRECIATED. Thanks.

Wow, very nice. I don't know if I like the handle though. Maybe make it look like an ivory handle like a mammoth tusk handle.
