  1. Hey all, I'm working on developing a Fallout 4 Ini Editor to configure various settings for Fallout 4. Fallout 4 Ini Editor at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community I'm looking for some feedback and potential things to add. Like what settings should be added and the some feedback on the UI design would be great. Let me know what you think!
  2. Awh yeah some winforms, much better than CLI. Will check it out, thanks!
  3. Will you upload to nexus please? I was thinking of doing this mod too, but it seems that you got to it first! whoops - shoulda checked the nexus latest files. Thanks for this mod! http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/347/?
  4. I was thinking of making a mod that revoices an NPC, probably starting with Farengar Secret Fire. I haven't made mods for Skyrim since 2011 (textures, meshes), so those were extremely simple mods. Currently, I know that the voice files are .fuz - and that you can extract them? with this tool: UnFuzer http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19242/? So, potentially, I could record a .wav, then package my mod as loosefiles to overwrite the .bsa's .fuz files for Farengar? Currently I'm having trouble finding the voice files for Farengar too. Any ideas where to start looking? I'm a complete noob to CK, haven't used it since it's realease for a couple of weeks to make a bad house mod.
  5. I had mixed experiences too - had a few FPS boost I think Heres I glitch I had with the beta installed But I sorted it out later, and got combat to work.
  6. For those interested in seeing a YouTube video of the mounted combat: Feel free to put this in the main post or whatever. Video was done live, so its not the best, but you get the idea of the beta patch.
  7. This is a thread for discussion/comments on my Skyrim Mod Reviews/Showcases/Features (aka Videos about Skyrim mods). These videos are meant to educate and promote the modding community. I really enjoy making videos, and have been reviewing mainly Skyrim Mods in a "Showcase" styled series. Feel free to leave any comments, critique or mod suggestions you have. For now, I'll post my more "quality" work, featuring a couple of new mods that deserve more attention as well as the Deadly Dragons Spells & Armory. **will add more to this post tomorrow* Skyrim Mod Minute Series: #1 - Friendly Guard Helmets Skyrim Showcase Series: #4 - Deadly Dragons Armory & Spells
  8. How do I embed a video into a mod description - such like this mod description (scroll down abit to see the embeded video http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=711) link to mod -http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=866 video link = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6URhMDk5P38 Much thanks if this could be solved!
  9. I have a couple of mods, and would like to showcase the video - yet I cannot find out how to display the video (like embedded) in the main description of the mod. Anyone know how to correct this? Much appreciated, sval
  10. So some of Skyrim's textures are downright ugly - at 512x512 or 512x1024. I want to help contribute to the modding community by making these files much, much higher resolution. Does anyone know of existing tutorials that can help me? I have tried just resizing them in photoshop (to 200% to 400% increase of size over the original, but that does not create detail). I want to use my own personal texture collection of photographs I took and put them to use (ie bark textures, wood textures, foliage textures). I have tried putting them in photoshop, and saving them as .dds [2dimensional, 4color channels, DXT5] , but it did not seem to apply or work...
  11. Hello, I was hoping to do some video editing to the main menu loop of skyrim (not the betheseda logo), where it shows the Skyrim logo and some smoke effects in the background. Has anyone found a bik file or other type of file associated with the menu? I have done my data mining (or data diving lol), and I am fruitless after several hours. Edit: Messed up on the title of the thread - I apologize.
