  1. Saw your comment on my plugin page, usually the cause for this is either too many UVs, + or a wrong UV selected when exporting from blender or wrong Export Order. Though the latter you've tested so we can at least rule that one out.
  2. Hi mods under override are installed no matter what as long as they are in your mods folder.

If the mod has stopped working since upgrading to the stable version of 1.0.6.2 mod manager. or your standard/deluxe edition of the game being upgraded automatically to GOTY edition please follow these instructions: Uninstall your gameDelete the remaining ModData folder in your game directory (was installed by frosty, this is bugged due to the upgrade to GOTY so needs deleting either way and remaking with frosty mod manager)Reinstall the goty edition of the gameReinstall your modsThis ensures all your files are now in the new GOTY format and that Frosty is installing properly. Also don't forget to have the datapath fix for the ea app, Epic Games Store and Steam

If you wish to use helmets/masks in cutscenes and Skyhold you can use cheat engine with the DAI v49+Banter_p10.CT First run your game Then run cheat engine Click on the little icon that looks like a monitor and direct it to the DragonAgeInquisition.exe Then click on the icon that looks like a folder and find DAI v49+Banter_p10.CT Click yes when it asks you Scroll down to the bottom where it says Toggle Skyhold Outfit you can either press the box next to this or in Game press Numpad 7 If you load this before a save it should work automatically. If you load the table while in Skyhold you have unequip and re-equip the armour/helmets you want working in Skyhold and most Cutscenes. I have tried making a mod that does this but sadly have not found out how to do so yet.
  6. Making stones invisible should be possible with daimm but I may need to import fixed walls so sadly those will be frosty only unless I can find another way around it.
  7. I was working on such a mod, started it when I made the no spider webs mod but ran into issues. Hoping to continue it or release the cleaning as I go. But may need to look into another way of doing it. So far mainly the rubble is not there and cleaned up a little in Bull's room Does have a few issues such as being able to walk on the invisible rubble and some objects still casting shadows but it is being made

For anyone having to roll back to previous Origin, try this method first especially if the Origin client updated itself: https://www.reddit.com/r/MassEffectAndromeda/comments/iu7ydr/steamfrosty_mod_manager_not_launching_fix/ This fix has worked across a lot of Origin games and also worked for Origin versions of the games not just steam bought Origin games.
  9. It does copy the hair yes. They only make fighting expressions as sadly this method for Twin Inquisitor is only possible by editing the bundles NPC's use when fighting along side you. So sadly they won't be in Skyhold/Haven but I could make it into a mod that at least allows you to have a twin Inquisitor that fights along side you. It copies everything from your Inquisitor, so everything you do in Character Creator will also be applied to your Twin Inquisitor

I mean the intent behind my mod wasn't to cover his chest up as I like the outfit but this gives a few alternative options: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/3246 will be adding more in the future, but main idea was to give the companions these outfits as most mesh swap mods use these as a base so you can use any mod that replaces these to give the companion the same armour as long as the outfit was also made for their race/gender

Hi, for companions as Krem, I have Krem as Blackwall in this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/2643 as for Inquisitor as Companions/Advisors it is like dmitrias said, past Inquisitors are not possible at the moment sadly. Edit: But I have attempted past Inquisitors as Companions/Advisors but it only takes data from Current Inquisitor. For example I tried putting my Dwarf Fili's head on Varric for a test since I already had his preset data made, but it gave Varric instead my HF Inquisitors head instead. Floating head in spoiler picture below to show you what I mean. So having a Twin for your Inquisitor would work but so far not past Inquisitors.
  12. Not sure if this is the issue people are running into, but the latest Origin update has caused issues for mostly steam users. Fix for Origin Users where the game is running as a background process only: First delete your ModData folder that Frosty creates in the Game Directory before trying to launch through Frosty, do this every time you have a Operating System Update or Origin update just in case. I have latest Origin (my games are on Origin) + Windows and on my laptop it runs fine, same on PC except I ran into the issue where it only ran as a background process but after deleting the ModData the issue was fixed. Steam users: At the moment the only fix seems to be to roll back to the previous version of Origin, by uninstalling your latest Origin and then installing the older version and running in offline mode when it prompts you to either go offline or update. Make sure to also Delete the ModData folder before trying to launch through FMM again. Also remember to close all instances of Origin including WebHelper before launching through FMM as this can cause issues too for the steam bought versions, once you click launch it will launch Origin and then your game.
  13. You can change those decisions in the dragon age keep site and start a new save. Otherwise sadly you can't edit those for ps saves
  14. I am so sorry to hear that, the tool was working for me just by Toggling Skyhold Outfit then unequipping the helmet and re-equipping it. But I think you need to keep it ticked for the whole time you are playing otherwise it will revert back to hiding during cutscenes. Just tested again during the Prologue scene where you go the direction Cullen is in, with it the Toggle Skyhold Outfit clicked through the whole cutscene it worked. And don't worry you don't sound rude at all.

  17. If you can try moving frosty to another drive. Sometimes it has issues in C drive even when admin rights are applied to it. This is the only thing I can think of that you should try if you haven't already worked out a fix since the 6th If already on another drive other than C try another if you have more than two. Sometimes admin rights can get screwy on certain hardrive setups. Or places like in documents, desktop or program file locations

  19. Hi I am currently in the process of making Viv's outfits for all races including elves. Humans too just to fix the neck issue as well. Will be releasing them in parts due to there being 14 variations of the outfits and having to remap them, and fit them to each race. But I hope on releasing two variations sometime today. Also technically Mass Effect Andromeda as same troubleshooting generally applies the same except for with DAI you can also use DAIMM I hope this was right place to post this This is the guide on Tumblr if you wish to reblog it or link to it Where can I download Frosty Mod Manager? Here under downloads First and foremost: Frosty Errors are better reported to the Frosty Discord (a link can be found on the Frosty site linked above, where it says Join the Community) as they can better help with Frosty issues. You can also check errors that pop up with this Error Compendium by munchyfly, electricfish and GalaxyMan2015 click this text to use link But here is the most commons fixes: Do not extract Frosty Mod Manager in your game directoryIt does not need to be put into a folder in your game directory to workPlease do not add to Program Files folders as this has been known to cause a lot of issuesMake sure you Run Frosty as administrator. sometimes you also have to add admin to the game exe as well for it to work. For example when using Reshade it is best to add admin rights to the game exe not just for reshade to work as it is a fix for when that doesn’t work but also because it can clash with Frosty Mod ManagerTo do this on Windows you right click on the game exe > Properties > Compatibility > Tick box next to ‘Run this program as an administrator’ > Hit applyIf applying admin doesn’t work try taking ownership (click this text for a tutorial on how to do this) of the game folder and frosty mod manager/editor folder.7z files must be unzipped. Then import the mods you got from the.7zdaimm mods for DAI must be unzipped in order to import into Frosty Mod ManagerMake sure you are using the latest Frosty Mod Manager/Editor and to delete the Mod Data Folder found in your game directory so the new Manager/Editor can create a new one.When using a new Frosty Mod Manager/Editor make sure you are creating a new folder or deleting the contents before putting the new one in that folder. The lastest Mods do not require a .archive file so are fine to load straight into Frosty Mod ManagerIf you try importing a mod that requires a.archive it will show up this error ‘Archive contains no installable mods ‘To fix this you have to add the.archive found in the zip to your Mod folder in your Mod Manager folder for example: FrostyModManager_v1.0.5.9\ModsIf you try to run a mod where you didn’t put the .archive into the folder above it will give you this error ‘Value cannot be null. Parameter name: buffer’In which case add the .archive to your mods folder in your Mod Manager folderThe hair/outfit mod isn’t showing: Make sure you are running the game at Ultra settings as most mods only affect LOD 0 which needs mesh settings set to Ultra to work.Make sure you don’t have any mods conflicting with the Hair/Outfit Mod this includes any texture mods that affect the same files For DAI this includes any mods you are using through DAIMM if you are using that and Frosty together.For DAI if you are using Enhanced Inquisitor Sliders please make sure you are using the latest update of the mod for Frosty Hairs to be compatible with the mod. In general always make sure you are using the latest version of a modIf you used DAIMM in the past and only using Frosty now follow steps belowThe ‘bundle’ mod I am using I think is causing infinite load: First what is a bundle mod? A bundle mod is a mod that adds bundles to other areas to make certain files work in other areas such as outfit/hair/swap companion mods that aren’t imported meshes Check to see you don’t have any conflicting modsIt could be the latest version of Mod Manger/Editor is the cause.How do you check this? Use an earlier version you have I had to go as far back as v1.0.5.5 to get some bundle mods working again. An example would be my Inquisitor Alistair mod that causes infinite load when you meet Vivinene now (15/04/2020) in Mod Manager but still works in version v1.0.5.5Sadly using earlier versions does mean new Frosty mesh mods won’t work, so you will have to choose which mods are most important to you at the moment sadlyI just bought DLC and it isn’t showing in game: When you buy DLC for whatever game you’re using for Frosty you need to delete the ModData folder found in your game directory and let Frosty Mod Manager/Editor create a new oneThis is because your existing ModData was made when you didn’t have the DLC and won’t register that you have new DLC without being deleted and allowed to be made anewThis also applies to DAIMM for DAI if you bought DLC you will have to restart the process of applying mods.Textures Glitching or causing infinite load? In MEA there has been occasions where textures Glitch this can be due to bundle mods. Sadly other than turning off the bundle mod there is no fix. But if you don’t mind occasional texture Glitch in MEA you should be fine.Below is now mainly for DAICompanion texture mods are the most common to glitch and cause infinite load along with the elvhen texturesBut Inquisitor complexions have been known to Glitch as well, those that glitch are better applied to Slot 1 texture or you use this Aileani’s Hair Replacer Bundle file as it can fix the texture issues for the Inquisitor’s complexions in Frosty. Alternatively you can use the file called Chargen Bundle found in this mod page and if you’re just having issues in the DLC with textures and/or hair this mod can fix your issues The texture mods for companions are best used in DAIMM using the workaround to use both programs together.What DAIMM mods work when importing into Frosty Mod Manager? First DAIMM mods must be unzipped in order to drag or import the Mods into Frosty Mod ManagerThey will say ‘WARNING: Mod was designed for a different patch version’ but you can ignore this message as for DAI and MEA they work even when made for an older patch.Texture mods can be finnicky see above about ‘Textures Glitching’A lot of configurable mods now work in Frosty but if you find any issues it is best to use them in DAIMMMods that are EBX edits work also fine in FrostyMesh Mods (edits to outfits/hairs) are fine to use in Frosty unless they include a texture in which case they can glitch so may be best used in DAIMM or using the fix found in ‘Textures Glitching’Did you previously use DAIMM + Frosty together and want to use Frosty only? Go to your game directory Dragon Age Inquisition/Update and delete the Patch folder and put your backup of the Patch folder back in the Update folder. Do not just override as this can cause issues If you didn’t make a backup Patch folder after deleting the Patch folder repair your gameDid you previously only use DAIMM and want to use Frosty Only? Delete the Patch_ModManagerMerge folder found in Dragon Age Inquisition/UpdateNow you are good to go to setting up FrostyUsing Frosty and game complaining you haven’t got the latest Patch for your save game? This is because you likely used that save with the DAIMM and that increases the patch number. To fix this issue do the following:Edit the package.mft file found here: Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch changing the Patch number first to 13 if you still get same error keep adding 1 to the number until your save works. So 13, 14, 15 etcIf the issues persist make sure your Package.mft found in the Mod Data folder matches the package.mft in your standard Update/Patch folderAlternatively delete the ModData folder and let Frosty recreate itDo you want to still use DAIMM and Frosty together but having issues? If you want to add new mods or remove some from DAIMM then follow the steps found above under ‘Did you previously use DAIMM + Frosty together and want to use Frosty only?’ as if you were going to use Frosty only and then start the below steps for using DAIMM and Frosty together again. How to use DAIMM and Frosty together: These instructions are copy and pasted from the dai modding server Ensure you have merged all daimods that you want to use Delete any folder called ModData in the Inquisition install directory Navigate to the Update folder where Inquisition is installed Cut and paste the Patch folder to a safe location Rename Patch_ModManagerMerge to Patch Run Frosty Mod Manager and let it set up Enable any Frosty mods, then Launch the game from FrostyUsing Steam version of DAI with Frosty Information from DAI Modding Discord Some people on the Frosty server were having issues with the Steam version of some Origin games (Mirror's Edge: Catalyst, Need For Speed etc.). I've been given permission to post the following statement, even though this has not been tested on DAI (this has only been tested on Mirror's Edge: Catalyst and Need For Speed): the steam versions of frostbite games that were just released do work through frosty, but only if origin is closed origin and the origin web helper must not be running, then running through frosty will work and load mods for steam versions. if origin is open, we get the wonderful 'frosty just opens origin' issue that has plagued us origin and the originwebhelper.exe must be closed to run the game through frosty So, if you have the Steam version of DAI and plan on playing with it: Make sure no instance of Origin is running. That includes is Web Helper. Again: this has not been tested on the Steam version of DAI so the success rate is 50/50.
