  1. Here it is, several years since I last actually "played" FO3 full time...and I've forgotten my mod setup. Well, by that comment I mean UI installation. *sigh* I've looked up several guides, some of them up to date...some of them not, and I finally got that part working. Yay for me. Now, back when I was playing, we didn't have all these doohickey's, thingamajiggers and whatchamacallits like you do now. We had to download, extract, copy/paste and keep a record of what files you added in. Then came Wrye and FOMM. I kid you not, I love those two programs. Now, of course, we have Mod Organiser and NMM. Don't get me wrong, I like the two of them, but, I prefer MO over NMM as it's a lot easier to keep different profiles straight with no problems for me. That, and it's a lot easier to restructure mods if you do a mistake with installation order. So thank you for that, Tannin. Now, all I have to do is go through all of my old files and check for updates. Oh boy....
  2. If you ran it through loot, and did a bashed patch, I don't see any problems with your load order or what I could suggest to "fix" it. Also, not to sound rude, but when asking for a proper load order for LOOT...It does it for you automatically using generated rules. So if you used it, and it found no issues with the mods that you have, then you'll have to go on a mod by mod comparison to determine which could be affecting your game play. It could be a rare bug in which not that many people have it, or reported it if it did happen to them.
  3. First off, I highly recommend not installing within the programs folder or the x86 programs folder. Various gamers report UAC issues when doing so. This could be the reason why you are not seeing your files within the data structure. Also, please be aware that there are texture mods that have no esp or esm files to click in the modlist. I know that Skyrim HD does not have any esp file.
  4. *ponder* Well, you have HDT heels...however, do you have hdt physics and the XPMSE skeleton? Have to make sure that when you get quite a few mods that you have the required files for the mods that you have...and that they are all compatible. I have to be honest, I only used HDT when I was testing out some races with UNP
  5. I've been using WIN10 since it was first announced as an insider. The only problem I have with it is playing Fallout 3, and there are workarounds that makes the two compatible. Though, with the prevalence of new OS' you would imagine that Bethesda would make sure that there games are compatible with at least a small update to ensure it. I think that they like making money after all.
  6. Well, if it's only overwrites you are worried about, then you can deactivate them and then activate them in the order required for proper overwrites. Like SMIM and various other mods. You don't need to worry about de-installing them, the simple fact of de-activating them removes the mod from the single profile you are on.

  8. You need to run FNIS Behaviors as well. It's a tool that is created when you install FNIS Behaviours. if you're using NMM, you can configure it by heading to this directory: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users Or wherever you have Steam located at. You can also run the program outside of NMM by going to the same directory.
  9. Check to see if the enb you're using is affected by any weather or lighting mods you may have. And, as you are using a performance enb, it's quite likely killing the lightsource if you're far enough away from it even if technically, your character can actually see it. To be honest, I like using Enhanced Lighting and Effects over an enb. But that's just my taste and I play on a laptop with an Intel Graphics card.
  10. Loot and Wrye Bash and create a bashed patch. Also, I'm sure that, by now, you quite likely used tesvedit for ITM's and UDR's. I have to be honest, I don't use any mods which modify kids, that I am aware of, unless one of my mods do it and I just haven't run across it yet.
  11. Hmmm....Well, as you're using an enb, make sure that your enb is actually compatible with your weather mods and any lighting mods you have. I have to be honest, I actually don't use an enb as I actually like the vanilla ambiance. Though I do use Enhance Lighting and Effects. I do remember reading that some enb's are picky about which lighting and weather setups you have.

  13. When it comes to overwriting/underwriting mods, I look at it like this: Which mod do I like better? I keep few graphics mods. Well, texture ones. I have very few weapon/armor mods mainly because I prefer aMidianBorn's and Hothtroopers when it comes to both. It also depends upon what is being overwritten. RIght now, I have only 75 mods running for my game and I still crash every now and then.

This is what it says about mannequins on the FNIS Sexy Moves page: NPC walk assignments temporarily off: You can temporarily switch off NPC walk assignments, when you otherwise get into conflict with custom females that have problems with the Sexy Move implementation. Like female mannequin mods that are base on Hearthfire or custom mannequin definition (Note: Sexy Mannequins and Mannequins Look Like You are based on standard mannequins and will not cause problems). But remember to switch this option off again when not necessary any more. FNIS Sexy Move will show you a recurring notification to remind you. So I would try one of those two mods and see if it works out better for you. This is just my thought on that though, I haven't tried using mannequins yet to be honest. I do have all the FNIS mods though.
  15. duh, I don't know why I called it mod manager. LOL OK, when you look at the left pane, you'll see a lightning bolt with either a green plus, a red minus, or both. Right click on the mod name and click on the information field. That opens up an information window. Then go to the "Conflicts" menu right next to category. That will tell you the name of the mods that are overwriting the mod in question, and the mods that the mod in question is overwriting. That is one way to see which mods are being overwritten.
