So I am that idiot. Want to get that out of the way before I go into this. I don't know how to load any of the presets (any of them at all). Can someone please direct to a step by step guide into how to do it? Just would like to get more out of character customization. Thanks.

I have used NM before but have recently got Fallout 4 (PC). I used this place to use mods for Skyrim and Oblivion. So I am new to all of Fallout 4 mods. Got a few questions. 1) Is there a limit to how many mods I can download as a non premium? 2) I tried to download some mods but they say the server is unreachable...is this in conjunction with maybe being limited to a download limit? 3)Tried to update the NMM but it gave the same reason that the server is unreachable. is there something special I should have done? May have more questions when I can think of them. Thank you for any help to my questions!

I have and it does. But though the FPS is better it is still slightly there. Is there something for the lighting...noticed that the glow from fires or the fires themselves play a little bit of havoc on my system. I hope if I get that taken care my woes will disappear. Also, on a side note, cannot see underwater at all. When I fully immerse and the camera is underwater (first person and third) the screen becomes this sickly greyish green. So if you can help me with that. I got clear waters on that one thinking it would help but it did not.

So when I play Skyrim the game runs smoothly especially with the mods that I have. But when I go into caves or dungeons with extreme lighting and fog my FPS goes slow and the game lags a bit. So playing around with Oblivion (AND ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT! THANKS!!) I have decided to see about getting Skyrim and seeing if I can get it to work for my computer. I do not know if there is a specific Nexus Mod for Skyrim or a Skyrim MM (like OBMM but for Skyrim). So I am looking for that or the page where I can find out all I need to do. I am also looking for any mods to help with less resolutions and help with vram issues. My computer can handle everything else but not enough vram. So if there is any I would also appreciate that.
