  1. I agree with all your requests. Those trails are silly...
  2. Hi. I'm probably alone in this but It's been quite a while since I'm dreaming of an isometric view mod for the 3D era Fallout's. I saw some pictures of FO4 some years ago in that perspective, and I loved the results. The isometric view in that engine can be gorgeous and very detailed. I'm aware that it will only works in outside areas. But I think it worth a try. Maybe just configure a hotkey to switch between camera views when necessary or something like that. What do you think ?
  3. Hi, I'm trying to add more limbs to the game, like brain, heart, lungs, etc... with CK, but I hadn't any success yet. At the moment, the best I did was to add a new bone (in this case a brain) to the naked mesh, but the problem is that it's floating. And maybe because of this, I noticed I can only hit the new limb in vats (and I can even kill a target hitting it, not a bad start after all). So, I'm desperately trying to solidarize the limb with the head, but I'm not very expert with nifskope. Someone have any clues on how I can resolve this, or if it's even possible with the actual modding tools ? This topic is also a request, because I don't think I'm enough skilled for this task, or at least without some help, but I will try my best ! Thanks for any helpful comments, or links to good tutorials. altered beast

  5. +1 I like the idea of a more pacifist way of resolving things (like Metal Gear Solid, and Deus Ex games). Maybe just for a start (because without the appropriate development kit I don't think we can make all those things you mentioned yet), we can change the firearms butt damage to only inflicts non-lethal damage. The same for the fists. But I don't know if that will be enough. I suspect that the KO system only works with NPCs flagged as immortal.
  6. Sadly the same goes for the npcs. They autoheal too. I just discover that enemies will lay down if we crippled their two legs, that's great : http://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/152620ScreenShot1.jpg http://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/315778ScreenShot2.jpg http://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/669448ScreenShot3.jpg I don't remember seeing this in F3 or New Vegas, is that a new feature ?
  7. You don't need stimpacks, the crippled limbs are automatically healed after 10 seconds... Hope someone will remove that autoheal non sense.
  8. Maybe you can try this mod : http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1344/?
  9. Someone have a clue where we have to search to edit those auto-heal values ? I suppose we just have to wait to the development kit to be released, but it's hard to wait.
  10. Maybe the author of this mod knows more about it : http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/677/? I would love if there was a mod that only big weapons can dismember. If I remember well there was a similar mod in Fallout 3.
  11. I don't know either, but I'm searching for that too. I think it's related to the weapons stats and probabilities, but I don't know how we can edit those files (and where they are).
  12. I'm disappointed with that auto limb healing. I almost died in my first encounter because of it lol. A raider with a melee weapon was crippled to the legs, so I kept my distance without hurry to headshot him properly when magically he was healed, runned at me and hit me on the head. WTF ? I love that tactical feature, don't understand why they mess it up. Hope we will fix that soon.
