I have a semi-low end computer and have trouble maintaining 60fps in the game and I think I might have too many mods for my PC to handle, are there any specific mods here I should delete to improve performance? I recently installed runic eyes, trying to make a playthrough as a character who has magical eyes that can cast various abilities such as paralyze and the like. Does any such mod exist? (I'd imagine it would use the shout animation but not move the mouth and add a visual screen effect.)

Alternate actors (www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36047 allows you to take control of almost any NPC, there's an option that allows your character to follow the NPC you're controlling around.
