Im definitely going for the controller, im a/was Xbox player, much more comfortable in my opinion :)

Not necessarily as impossible as you might think. Knights of the Old Republic was what I used at the time, and it worked fantastically well. That was six years ago now, and there are times when I feel she's become more of a gamer than I am. Im trying minecraft, her mac can handle it lol I told her we could build great things together

I plan to try to help my girlfriend understand how amazing it is, and convert her to a gamer. Lofty asperations lol

I was wondering if there would be any compatibility for a 360 controller? I remember some game doing this. As a xbox player that basically plays only TeS and Fallout games on PC Im better with a controller lol

My harddrive on my laptop came partitioned 128gb to 327gb, and my programfiles are under the 128gb, now with Steam, I have almost filled this 128gb(9gb left) with fallouts, and TeS games, so does anyone know how to move steam without redownloading? Im assuming Skyrim will be steam? Thanks :biggrin:

Your laptop easily slaughters the 360 in terms of graphics capability. Skyrim has pretty low required specs in general, so I don't think you have anything to worry about. yeah ive noticed that in general, I just hated seeing after two months i was under recommended for Battlefield lol, thanks for the reply though

I don't know much about graphics cards, but i recently got a Asus G73swA1 with a GTX 460m, but according to battlefield Im under reccomended requirements, so I was kinda worried about Skyrim, does anyone know how my computer should fair? It runs New Vegas on high, but id like it to still be better than my 360 version lol, thanks.
