  1. Oh, no. I should've been more clear. I'm proposing this design to the people who actually have the talents to make this in game. :hurr:
  2. Inspired by the Companions' wolf armor, I decided I'd make an even grander wolf themed apparel that will stand taller at higher levels. It's a well shared opinion that being a werewolf is cool, but sometimes impractical. You can't walk around town showing off how big and bad (no offense to red riding hoods or little pigs) you are without freaking out the townsfolk. Also, clawed digits make it really hard to swing weapons. So instead, how about a unique armor that shows off your lycan pride while in your human form? It's so fancy in fact that even non werewolves might want to try it on. I would choose the ebony armor's base stats to match this set, that would make it appealing to players who are still in lower levels while keeping it functional for higher level characters. Link to original topic.

  4. Well, I do already have some mod ideas in other forum topics, but I suppose I can repost them here. Here's a pair of swords of my own imagining, I cannot take full credit for their design as they are modified versions of illustrations found on the Hero Machine at http://www.heromachine.com/heromachine-3-lab/ . I'd be super appreciative if you'd make 'em for me. Excessor Longsword Base Stats Damage: 68 Weight: 12 Value: 800 Smithing Recipe: 1 quicksilver ingot, 1 steel ingot Excessor Prime Greatsword Base Stats Damage: 72 Weight: 20 Value: 920 Smithing Recipe: 2 quicksilver ingots, 1 steel ingot Both can be upgraded with a single quicksilver ingot.
  5. In the days of the Nerevarine, a Nord man once carried this mighty axe as his own. It has passed through the hands of generations, some say it has taken a new form, that it had been reforged and modified to better fend off the undead. The rumors also persist in saying that the fabled weapon is now in somewhere within the realm of Skyrim, awaiting a new master. Base Stats Damage: 38 Weight: 16 Value: 1300
  6. This is a simple idea I had that probably should have been done long ago. How about a mod that completely does away with the shaky camera and jittery aim of ranged weapons after you master the weapon's skill? In other words, whenever you max out your Guns, Energy Weapons, or Melee (or whatever the thrown weapons skill is for spears, axes and such), there will be no "wiggling" of the camera when you aim down the iron sights or through your scope. Essentially it's a permanent dose of Steady, but it would depend on what weapon skill you've pushed to 100.
  7. Here's one of my faves. Stoner 63 Light Machine Gun A very light rapid fire customizable machine gun with incredible stability and recoil suppression, which made it a Navy SEALS favorite in the Vietnam era. Damage : 35 Ammunition : 5.56mm round Ammo Capacity : 50 Attacks Per Second: 15 Reload Time : 2.2 seconds Spread : 0.65 Item HP : 780 And now a new concept I thunk up myself. T Bolt Laser Sub Machine Gun A quick and deadly energy weapon that's easily concealed and well suited for covert ops. Damage: 25 Ammunition: Energy Cell Ammo Capacity: 40 Attacks Per Second: 12 Reload Time: 2 Spread: 1.2 Item HP: 700
  8. I personally really like the hat that Daniel (of Honest Hearts) wears, but I dislike that it's fit for a head about 80% bigger than a normal human being (by the game's standards). Could someone maybe scale it down so it's a bit more realistic?
  9. OKAY, so here's a bit of a redux to the outfit, including a few alternate color schemes by OldWorldRanger's suggestion. http://img535.imageshack.us/img535/66/wastelandblue.png http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/3249/wastelandblack.png http://img838.imageshack.us/img838/4563/wastelandred.png http://img444.imageshack.us/img444/3483/wastelandgreen.png
  10. Agreed. Maybe he left it for some other (lesser) hero to find so that he might follow in his awesome footsteps.
  11. Chances are you'll never be quite as awesome as Ysgramor, but since the game gives us his shield and fabled axe Wuuthrad, why not add his attire as well? I'd especially love to see my dragonborn with a helmet and ringed cape like that. I'd also suggest doing steel and ebony variants of the armors. What do you guys think? http://images.wikia.com/elderscrolls/images/4/41/Ysgramor_%28Skyrim%29.png
  12. I admit that'd be badass. the only problem i see though is the ammo because there are no cartridges, the powder and the blasting cap are all a part of the bullet itself, and there's no ammo in the game like that Perhaps the best one might hope for is a lever action pistol, something like a shortened brush gun. Which still sounds cool, honestly.
  13. Also, apologies for the constant image changes, I keep having to repost them as links because the file size is too high for all three.
  14. Nothing. It's simply a personal concept I felt would be fun to share.
  15. I did, yes. I should've mentioned that before, my apologies. And yes, I agree that there should be several other available color schemes for folks who don't share my love of blue.

  17. Reposting this from a thread I made. I'd love to see someone recreate the helmet worn by Talos as he is depicted in his Skyrim shrines, particularly an ebony variant, but a steel version would also be very appealing. The base stats for the ebony version would be as follows. Armor: 45 Weight: 8 Value: 2000 Base stats for steel. Armor: 40 Weight: 6 Value: 1750

  19. Some of you may have experienced this yourself, but should you find Rjorn's Drum within Halldir's Cairn before actually taking the quest, it disables any further dialogue with Giraud Gemane of the Bard's College, thus locking you out of master speech training as well as locking the drum in your inventory unless you use the console command to remove it. I've done all I could think of to resolve this, using the quest complete and setstage codes, but there seems to be no true fix to this. If anyone can rework it so he'll take the drum and then offer his training services again, I'd be very appreciative.
  20. Aha, that did it. Thank you.
  21. Like the title says, trying to favorite or unfavorite any of my items has no effect. Any ideas/suggestions? UPDATE: Apparently all my hotkeyed items are nonresponsive as well. Can't hotkey, can't equip hotkeyed, can't unhotkey. What is going on? :ohdear: :wallbash:
  22. So, the most obnoxious thing I've run into while playing this game is it's constantly changing the light based on atmosphere, too fast sometimes, too slow other times, it's just not very reliable and in my case more distracting than appealing/practical. I'd like to know how to turn it off or at least make it not as drastic. What can you folks tell me about it?
