    Thank you! This was driving me nuts, couldn't dismiss companions, couldn't set supply lines, just moved the workbench closer to the center and made sure it was bright green when placing and it's working great!

    I'm so glad to be free of the crashes, incredibly frustrating! I didn't think about the meshes, that's a solid idea, I'll probably do the same, thanks for the tip!

    I know this is a bit of a necro but I finally solved this problem. The mod with the issue was also causing CTD when transitioning doorways on top of the duplicate item issues. Remove Functional Displays. I couldn't believe this mod was the problem but it works, I have been CTD free for days since uninstalling this mod.
