  1. Greenlight system for mods helps us all. If something was set up to contact mod makers and set up making some dlc. Just saying that would help steam, Bethesda and the mod creator get income. It will end your backlash and still provide you with the ability to keep people playing Skyrim and paying. (without all the backlash) While staying true to your word on helping out the modding community. Contacting modders to make possible dlc and canceling paid modding community gives certainty in knowing the one who made the dlc isn't someone selling a mod they did not make themselves. All in all there is too many problems with the new system. Something more attuned to greenlight would be better.
  2. I don't really know how to make mods. Besides thats the whole purpose of these mod request forums: Its to request. I think that "If you want it, make it yourself" talk doesn't seem quite appropriate in the mod request forums. Hypothetically speaking, what if everyone had that kind of talk on all the mod request topics? That would make us all (who have great ideas) not bother sharing them because we know that people will just tell us to make it ourselves. Anyways, back on topic. If you already can have your children sit down, then consider this a mod that expands it. However, I have yet to notice this vanilla feature.
  3. I saw this mod, Dine with Followers by wgstein and tried to message the creator to consider this idea. I was unable to though. So I am coming here to the forums. To be quick, I will only say few things I had in mind: A dialogue option where you tell your child its <meal> time. (Depending on the time of day it would be breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert) Then all your children would go to the table you go to. If you had a wife, then she would too. An MCM menu to configure a few things such as: what meals to include (out of the 4), what time of day the meals take place, do the children eat even when the player isn't home, etc. This is optional, but would be very beneficial. Make it compatible with Multiple adoptions. Oh, and if possible, make it compatible with custom homes. Of course there may be some difficulty with the children's AI knowing where the meal table is. Simple, wherever you sit down right after you say its meal time. Or you could direct your child to sit at the seat (A lot like holding down E on a follower, and commanding them to do something).Anyways, this idea will require the DLC, Hearthfire and possibly optional patches for Multiple adoptions and Custom homes. If my custom home idea won't work, then either the mod makers who make those custom homes will have to make some patch themselves, OR just scratch that idea and make it only for the vanilla and hearthfire houses.
  4. player.placeatme xx018486 1 (xx being the hexadecimal number which Dragonborn is in your load order) Make sure you look straight forward, not up or down. Doing so will make the gold pile underneath your feet to be parallel with the angle of which your eyes are looking at.
