  1. Works okay for simple games. Is a good starter for beginning modders for Skyrim and Fallout 4. But is less usefull for advanced modders of Skyrim and Fallout 4. A lot of community tools just do not work that well currently with it. And these tools for example merge plugins are important to be able to work with.
  2. In response to post #52402478. Sometimes it is just learning on the job EnaiSiaion it is all part of life :)
  3. Good to hear from you Dark0ne even if it is just another job vacancy announcement.
  4. In response to post #51896782. #52031862, #52331778, #52333063 are all replies on the same post. +1 They had a staff pick EVERY WEEK apparently this has stopped 2 months ago... Is Nexus in financial problems or something?
  5. Sorry, that's a really dumb thing to say. Requiem user here, which is heavily dependent on SKSE. Plenty of such mods that rely on SKSE that have nothing to do with being a sex-mod. And many mods that utilise SKSE have been adapted to work with SSE in a way that limits their scope or are not fully featured versions. So yeah, nope. Sorry, i will never try to use anything resembling to humor on this forum since people dont seem to understand it. Many, lets say "casual", mod users download only from the top 200. So when for example more casual players asks if they should go for Oldrim or SE i still think the answer is SE. Because it is more reliable and a there are a lot of good mods for SE out there to make Skyrim a better game. Nothing against humor however this topic might not be the best place for it.. I agree on the reliability if it was not I would not even bothered with it but yes the 64 bit engine solves a lot of the memory issues the old engine had. I also agree that a lot of the popular mods from the old engine have been ported over however some of them are limited in functionality. Then again a lot of mods have been released that make the old engine a lot more stable and mods like the crash fixes SKSE plugin make the SKSE memory patch obsolete. In its current state SSE is great for console users as they never could experience Skyrim as the PC users could (unless you are on Playstation). Not sure about Enderal Sureai did say that it is using certain functions from SKSE the main reason he cannot support it on SSE. LotD will not work and will never work on SSE without SKSE. Unfortunately it is a mod that everyone should play atleast once during a Skyrim play through as it helps in completing the game and even makes it more interesting to go exploring.
  6. So you say that people that like to play Enderal and Legacy of the Dragonborn could do that as well on SE? Keep your conclusions for yourself it is not always abour r-rated mods.
  7. I would not put it in that way but more in terms of: "SKSE developers did a honorable effort in trying to provide us the SKSE64 however just ran into complications that they had problems to predict likely caused due to lack of proper analysis from the start of development." I think we should salute the developers for trying to provide us the SKSE64 instead of threatening them after all they did do this without being paid and in their own time.
  8. Skyrim is not an mmo with cash shop or subs. So why should Bethesda care if people are playing the game or not? There will be no more DLC for Skyrim so why spend time and money on it? I hope Bethesda is working on TES6, and not waisting time on a game that has already made them a fortune. If i were Bethesda i would put all energy on new games and maby content for FO4. I play both oldrim and SE with +200 mods on both and having a lot of fun. I find SE running better than oldrim and i dont miss any mods that much. TES6 lets hope so though it will take quite a lot of time before it will get released.. Bethesda is already putting all effort in new games Prey being one of them. At E3 we are likely going to hear more. FO4 is no longer in development with Bethesda so very unlikely that new content will be created a good thing i.m.h.o. as now modders like Kinggath can finally take a pickaxe to the settlement system and make it more interesting. I run Oldrim (Vanilla and Enderal) and SSE too however there are certain mods like Legacy of the Dragonborn that are solely dependent on the script extender and thus can only be played on the old engine. They are unfortunately a good reason to do a replay of Oldrim even if it means that you have to do the whole micromanagement on mods and memory utilization again to get it to work nicely...
  9. This is just sad.. Everyone has been waiting since the release of SSE for the script extender and now months after its initial announcement it seems it probably will not happen in the next half year or so.. This unfortunately means that SSE is only interesting for the console users and not really for the PC users because the main reason gamers have the PC version is very likely the script extender. Though I understand the situation of the original developers a lot I wish that they would have done the call for help months ago. Hoping for a good ending and a good SKSE64 after I did a replay of Enderal. Best of luck to the SKSE64 developers and the people who are trying to support them
  10. Your comment has being commented here like 10x already. Oh really so you say people have been commenting about Enderal on this thread 10 times already? LOL do yourself a favour and stop watching this forum and play a round of Enderal in Oldrim instead. It is super stable when compared to the Vanilla Oldrim. Seeing your apparent remarks of being annoyed that Skyrim Script Extender 64 still has not been released it is more then obvious that you should do something else then watching this thread.
  11. Even if it comes out it is likely not the full product as it is with Oldrim. Besides that issue all the mod authors have to add functionality to their mods so those mods can use the new script extender. I would say actual script extender release date + 1 month t.b.h. until you can fully enjoy your favourite mods with the new script extender. Thankfully there are a lot of new games out but if you are a Skyrim fan consider playing Enderal. That game is incredible and will be more then enough time consuming to allow your favourite mods be released with script extender support.
  12. Thanx for the reply ripple. Yes I also know there are countless of reasons why things crash with Skyrim. Most of the times it is as you say due to incomaptible mods, not properly cleaned mods and loading order. Myself use Mod Organiser, Tesedit and BOSS frequently and monitor my cpu and vram when playing and have papyrus logging on for finding any abnormal issues. As mentioned in my post I did not trust the author of this miracle cure as they proclaim it to be. Thank you for sharing your opinion on this. I hope that anyone else that reads this post will be helped prior they fall for this :-) It is a shame that this kind of sites exist on the internet I think they should be taken down if proven their wares do not work. Yes I know the infinite loading screen happens likely because the save game gets too big or worse gets damaged in some way. Cutting down on the number of mods is an idea possibly also tweaking the papyrus scripting engine though the engine unfortunately is limited on the tweaking part. Thanks for sharing the workaround
  13. Hi all. In my quest to try to analyse and resolve the dreaded infinite loading screen I found a tool that claims to be able to fix not only that issue for Skyrim (Dragonborn) but also several others. Because the tool can only be downloaded from 3 dedicated servers that request valid personal information before I can download the tool I have the feeling that the tool is fake. Has anybody experience with the tool Skyrim Dragonborn Fixer v1.03 that is being provided by the Pro Game Source group? Only for references (leave it up to you to download or not) the website where you can find the link to the download servers: http://www.progamesource.com/Fixers/ElderScrollsVSkyrimDragonbornFixer.html Any information and or experience about the PGS and the tools they supply is appreciated :-)
