can someone make the npc's wear winter clothing.(something like metro 2033 =p)

wouldnt new york be destroyed since it was bombarded with nukes. also make sure to add radiation like fallout 3 had =D

i got an idea that just might work. what if you took only the ai from the chimera and made new meshes and textures for it?

for some weird reason whenever i try to shoot the .45 pistol it doesnt do anything at all. i can aim but not shoot. the unique one shoots but not the normal, it just sits there on my screen. why is it doing this?

to me i only play fallout because its the only decent post apoctalypse game out there but the 50s feel kinda ruins it for me. i play with zombie apocalypse and stuff like that because i already did everything there is to do. so i started thinking wat if fallout was blown up with our surrent style of stuff. youknow music and guns and hair and stuff like that. as in a REAL apocalypse. just wondering if anyone with the modding skills to do this would give it some thought.

1.are you using windows 7? 2.if not then no need for compatibility mode 3. if yes then its because you need to update it. just my suggestions.
