twilight.... i keed, great idea! it would be nice to fit in w/ other vamps when you are one too

hopefully options will be given for something like this, for personal preference, as i really like a few of those ideas but don't want use some of the others (especially no fast-travel, it would take me 3 hrs real-time to do any mission). i remember FWE in fo3 and PN in new vegas had menus to customize the settings and it would be nice if a mod that did those things had one.

that should have been in the game. if i remember correctly, babette talked about one time where she om nom nom'd on some dudes throat while he was standing with her. it would be cool if it used the werewolf finishing move, where the same thing happens.

only thing that bugged me was people taking arrows through the forehead and not dying. other than that, the game was ok for me. i never cared for textures, though. i only want gameplay and mods, as mods are the only reason i decided to get this for pc instead of xbox. i'm glad they got the controller to work, as i hate playing with a keyboard - too many buttons! i guess people just have different preferences /shrug

parents don't like their kids playing bloody/gory games like skyrim (not to mention the abundance of nude mods here on nexus and the very easy ability to lie about your age). they would rather have their kids playing zelda, since their whole family can play it.

every rpg has unrealistic damage taking. i shoot people in the head on expert and they can still hit me after their brain is turned to mush. this was a problem in fallout that made me sooo mad... i find that with guards, it is good to hit then run while your stam recharges, as that staggers them (not practical if you are heavy weapons, as it takes you 5 sec to attack as opposed to the 1-3 secs for one handed). dual swords is your best friend if you are light armored, especially when a higher level and you can spam demon (or w/e they are called) daggers doing 50+ damage each (if at legendary condition) and you do something like 10 attacks each power attack in a mere 3-5 secs. btw, it never hurts to have a companion like lydia w/ you. give them strong armor and they can tank damage pretty well (just remember to heal them and NOT HIT THEM). when all else fails, try your best to get shadowmere early and use him to tank, as he regens faster than he takes damage xD (i let him take on a dragon and bunch of forsworn while i was at school. i come back home, and there he is chilling on top of the dead bodies)

i can never get into medieval games but looking at the features of skyrim, i just can't help but imagine if bethesda did another fallout game with that new engine sometime in the next 5 or so years.
