  2. OK guys, not to advertise or anything here, but I was just looking for a little feedback on my newly-created mod, a necromancer's cottage near Shor's Stone.   3. You can do this by right-clicking on the worldspace name, then selecting Duplicate. This should create a new cell called 'xxxCOPY0000' (xxx=what the original cell name was). Hope this helps.
  4. You could wait until the CK comes out (tomorrow), and someone I'd be happy to make a mod for you that increases the damage of the weapon for you, if you ask very, very nicely :biggrin:
  5. 1) I don't think it says anything about that in the guidelines, so feel free to, I guess. I'd post it as an attachment, though. 2) I wouldn't think so, because it is basically free advertising and publicity for their mods :biggrin:. Just make sure you credit them for their work, and you should be fine.
  6. OK, I don't know if this kind of thing will become obsolete once the CK is released tomorrow (or will it? :ninja:), but I wanted to share a quick and easy way to convert audio files to .xwm format, for use in Skyrim modding. Here you go! -
  7. Hmmm, may have to wait for the CK to come out for that (2 days time). I think that the slow motion effect is just a simple script, so I'm sure someone would be happy to make it for you if you ask them nicely :wink:. I could be wrong, though.

  9. There may be an update for the Mod Manager to allow you to use it offline in the future, but for now it has to be connected to the Internet. Sorry. On a side note, however, how are you managing to even PLAY Skyrim on that PC? 32-bit with 2Gigs of RAM? Really, I'm intrigued...
  10. Lookin' good dude! I think it's a great idea to have some chefs and stuff serving you dinner or something. If you're planning to make this into a mod, I'd be happy to help with the voice acting of one of the chefs/waiters!

  12. What is the refID in-game (the ID shown in the console)? The ID I'm given in-game is 00066494.
  13. Hi guys, I'm trying to find the console command for the cage in the picture below, because I can't seem to find it anywhere. I've tried clicking on the item and looking at the ID in-game, but I heard that this is the wrong ID.   14. OK, so I've had a nice idea that has been floating around in my head for quite some time. It is basically a dungeon that in underneath your house, and it contains a huge crypt. Inside the crypt is a wall literally lined with Dwemer coffins (I already know what I will use for the coffins). These coffins just so happen to be a perfect fit for a corpse...so imagine....you walk into the crypt, with your Thrall by your side, when you pull out your warhammer and kill him. You then drag his body into the open coffin, and slam the lid shut, ready for later use! :devil: What do you guys think!?
  15. My biggest WTF moment in Skyrim has to be when I was clearing out some old Draugr crypt. I had just killed a few Draugr, when I came to a small, narrow hallway. I reached the end, but when I poked my head around the corner, a skeleton spotted me. At that same moment, I noticed a small pressure plate on the floor, and I avoided it. I struck the skeleton twice with my sword, and it fell to pieces. I walked on a little bit through the corridor, taking it slow. Then, all of a sudden, I see a sekelton's head rolling past me, and finally coming to rest on the pressure plate. A flame trap activated and killed me instantly. WTF.

  18. Maybe you could also include Speech, for the Barter bonuses? So you can sell your loot more effectively.

Its been 3 months, not a few extra days and all they have done is say it will be out soon and dodging a set date giving us zero information except soon.....soon.....soon and now its 3 months later and they havent changed their tune. They have been saying that since November and still we are waiting. I expect if it didnt come out for another year you would still expect people to follow bugthesda no questions asked (you spelt their name wrong). Your just another drone who blindly follows bugthesda, its getting ridiculous now. I have to admit, it is getting a bit extreme now. But I still stand by Bughes--, ahem, Bethesda. They have produced a wonderful game, but I do think that they should give us a rough estimate release date. Just something to reassure us.
  20. I like this idea very much, and I'd definitely use it. I've never used the smithing exploit, it would just ruin the game for me. With this mod I'd definitely start smithing though! One tip I'd give you is that once you've reached a high smithing skill (e.g. past 50), smithing an Iron Dagger would grant you 0 experience points, seeing as you already know how to create an Iron Dagger.
  21. I for one hate how most people are bashing Bethesda. Sure, they promised that the CK would be with the game, but they had there setbacks and it had to be delayed. Simple enough. I'd rather wait a few extra days for them to fix a few of the bugs/glitches than to be given a half-baked program that crashes every 5 minutes.
