As the title says... Tales from the Commonwealth is developing a new quest that has an NPC that speaks fluent Chinese, as well as English. If you are capable of this, or know anyone that is please go/refer them to HERE. Thanks! EDIT: Forget the "Mandarin" part, all forms of Chinese are welcome.

Not sure how I would indulge your inquiry honestly, I've been acting in some form since high school (10 years now) so most of this stuff just kind of comes naturally. That said, start listening to a lot of Middle Eastern accents and dialects since that's probably the closest real-world example of a Kahjiit accent. Also, understanding your source material goes a long way toward producing the right voice. The Kahjiit are tricksters and swindlers, always trying to get the upper hand on other people, so pay close attention to how your voice might sound if you are constantly trying persuade others to do what you want them to do (low, sultry, and deceptive). Hope that helped, if you'd like to send me some samples I can offer crtiques.
