You must download the voice fix (which you must google, lazies.) and voila, he works. Just download it, reload a save before you meet him. if you can't then just resurrect him with the console.

So I've seen Onmund as my guy I want to make my char marry, mainly I want my female nord to marry him. I have the amulet of mara, it's equipped, and Onmund does not have a quest. So the option doesn't appear... Help?

ONLY when I equip the detonator, it suddenly equips and doesn't allow me to fire. Whenever I unequip it, it requips itself. Again, ONLY when I equipped the detonator. I have no mods conflicting...I'm not sure what I'm doing. Is there a fix? or is this a glitch?

Is the Enclave meant to be the Confederate states of America? because they look EXACTLY the same as the Confederate national flag and I wanted to know if there was some sort of link?
