Along with this ENB:http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/48010//? I see pink/purple flashes, how do i fix these? I can't attach a pic because the flash if 1 second
  2. Assuming you have the steam version of either Fallout 3 or Fallout 3- Game of The Year edition. Just copy over the necessary .dll files and the .exe file of FOSE, if you wish to run Steam and FOSE in the same time, rename fose_launcher.exe to FalloutLauncher.exe This will replace the original FalloutLauncher.exe but the .dll files will still communicate with FOSE, so don't worry. As all FOSE does is patching up Fallout3.exe When you're in the main menu, to make sure FOSE is running do the following. Search for the "~" key, or the key next to number "1".when you're in the game's console, type the following.getFOSEversionif you get: getFOSEversion:1then FOSE is running!Enjoy!
  3. This issue happens when the file server gets to many requests, I think you should wait/use another server to download the file.
  4. If your FalloutNVLauncher.exe or FalloutNV.exe are missing, try validating the files via Steam. Download NVSE from here:http://nvse.silverlock.org/ When you have installed NVSE and the needed .dll files in the directory where FalloutNV.exe and FalloutNVLauncher.exe are located. Do the following. Right click Fallout : New Vegas in your Steam library. Press "Set Launch Option" type either "NVSE" or "nvse". Launch your game. When you're in the main menu, type the following in the console. "GetNVSEversion" it should say "GetNVSEversion:3" without quotes. If you get the above info in the console, NVSE is running. Enjoy!
  5. Try validating the files through Steam. Right click "Fallout:New Vegas Click on properties. Select the "Local Files" tab. Click on "Verify integrity of game cache.." A little popup will verify the files, wait for Steam to verify the files to see if there's any missing textures/Whatever is causing the issue. Download the needed files via Steam(it would automatically start downloading.) Wait for the download to finish. Check Vault 22. If it still happen, check your mods, maybe one of them deletes several parts of Vault 22(Check 1 by one)Hope this helps. You can use either FMM(Fallout Mod Manager), NMM(Nexus Mod Manager) or the game launcher to check the .esp/esm files(Still, assuming you're using any mods) Check 1 by one what I suggested doesn't work.
  6. P.S. I'm deeply sorry if I made any spelling, or grammar mistakes.
  7. Hello, I'm trying to make a re-texture of the NCR Ranger armor(doesn't replace the original one) What I mean, as I'll make it a separate ID(Also won't be Faction dependent) with the GECK. And I have a question. When I want to edit the texture file(combatranger.dds) so it would suit my needs, do I need to also edit the following files so it would work? the following files combatranger_m.ddscombatranger_n.ddsSo it would work with the edited texture? Now, thi sis my first re-texture mod that I want to work on, so I'm pretty much new to the whole modding scene and such. If I do need to edit them, how do I edit them? Thanks for question. I'll upload 2 screenshots of the files http://imgur.com/a/41xb6 I'm using Paint.NET for editing, as it has native .dds support. Thanks for the help. You'll be credited in the mod credits for helping!
  8. Great to hear that the service is back!
  9. Hello, fellow friends and Wastelanders. I come here, for an answer. I've viewed this thread: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1077483-wipzbeta-darnified-ui-f3/ I downloaded the needed files for the Darnified UI for Fallout 3, but I'm having an issue. The needed text to change the FALLOUT.ini is stuck into a large sentance, and It's seem way out of my league to re-arrange it, can anyone with the text can post it in a quote, so I could get copy and paste it into my .ini ? Pic related, what happens when I view the thread.
  10. Whenever I install, it just adds these entries into the plugin.txt skyirm.esmSkyrim.esmWhich one should I delete? Should I re-install NMM?
  11. Still there whenever I download/install via NMM...
