I mean from a technical standpoint - how does the game engine determine what order to load plugins, and what do mod managers change to achieve the desired load order? Also, is this even the right section?

Why is it that when I have my custom radio station playing, and I pause the game (with ESC), the station mutes itself until I go into the Pip Boy and reselect it again? Enclave Radio doesn't do that. GNR doesn't do that. I need a fix. Search is useless, as there are apparently no threads with the same problem.

So I have this plugin in my load order. I'm pretty sure it came from the Nexus. What it does is it changes some of the Courier's available dialogue options, e.g. the response to start the Beyond The Beef quest through Heck Gunderson is "Hey turd burglar, I'll find your son for money." The dialogue option to get medical services from doctors becomes "My manly activities have left me wounded, woman, fix me!" (especially funny when talking to Doc Mitchell). Thing is though, I only know this plugin as "smartass.esp", but I searched "smartass" and couldn't find it. Anyone know where it is?

I know there's a community patch out there for New Vegas. However I've scoured the Nexus and I can't find it. Has it been removed? If so, why?

For some reason I can't download TK Hitstop. I downloaded a rainbows mod and it worked perfectly fine, but I can't download TK Hitstop, not through NMM, not manually, just plain can't do it. Anyone know any reason why?

I hit a curious 404 error on an old link: it looks to me like some sort of default 404 On my end at least, newvegas.nexusmods.com and newvegasnexus.com both point to the same IP address (and therefore the same server), so if I had to guess, I'd say that somehow or another the files/config lines that would redirect old links to the new domain were lost.
