  1. Well its possible like Beth are gonna be implementing their own Paid system after Fallout 4, especially considering how they have announced mods for the PS4/XBO... as long as they keep it to OPTIONAL donations it should be fine. I know many of us mod just because we enjoy it (more than actually playing the game itself) and while being paid would be nice, its not something we expect since we would have made the exact same mod anyway whether or not we were sharing it with other people. Then of course there are the really talented and dedicated modders who make the huge/complex mods that certainly deserve more than $2 a year... the challenge here is giving these people more visibility while keeping the people who ask for $100 donations for an apple to a minimum.. well unless its a really GOOD apple ofc. ;)
  2. Thanks a ton man; first time playing NV/TTW on my new 21:9 and this was bugging me to hell lol!
  3. Yeah agree, once the map becomes crowded its a pain to find places that I have not visited yet... just a variation of the "Colored Map Markers" type of mod with a Dark/different color for already cleared locations would be most welcome. However I don't know if the game distinguishes between the "cleared" and not cleared stuff as far as the map is concerned.. besides showing the text of course
  4. Nice nice, now I don't have to upload images in a specific order! Especially the before/afters! Thanks :)
  5. Hahaha! Nice one! :D
  6. You get Kudos for the 'Interests' section on your profile... or do you? >:D
  7. Thanks for uploading your images on my mod side =)

    Greeting!!!

  8. @Zaldiir: Ah well I remember using "Build your own home" before I even heard of Heathfire lol... my bad :P Oh and am def throwin my lot in with Sui Generis, it looks cool, will be my 2nd Kickstart after StarCitizen!
  9. Totally agree with this post, its actually is really stupid on the part of big devs/pubs to not understand that, 1. The PC is the platform that will always be the most powerful, if they want to push the limits of game designing, it really can't be done on 9 year old hardware... if they wanna build for the future, the PC is the place where it HAS to be done. 2. No dev no matter how big can have more ideas than thousands of modders, how many mod ideas have made their way into TES? Heck Heathfire as far as I'm concerned was copied from a mod! The world has changed, the industry is not about selling a disc and counting the cash, its about building a community, a relationship, building trust, then you sell not just one disc but you also build an audience for every other game you make...
  10. I don't know if you are still having the problem but I had it too. CTD when going from interior to exterior, usually in a city or village. It would happen every 10-15 min or so but not on every cell change. I can't guarantee this will work for you but it helped me. Just don't make any saves that you aren't willing to toss if it doesn't help. I wrote down the offending quest ID from my papyrus log. For me it looked like this: "[dlc1radiantscript <DLC1Radiant (02004C1C)>]CreateQuestBasedOnLocation([Location < (0001F86D)>]) is NOT creating a quest: as Location is neither DLC1HunterHQLocation nor DLC1VampireCastleLocation" so for me it was the DLC1Radiant quest with an ID of 022004c1c. This is a Dawngourd related quest. So I loaded my save, opened the console and entered the following: setstage 022004c1c 1 <-This sets resets to quest to the point where you first get it. Some other commands which are helpful: sqt <-shows your active quests' IDs player.sqs <quest ID> <-this shows what stages you have completed for that quest more info here setstage 2004c1c 1 I think you mean, coz that seems to have fixed it for me for now, the ctd's at least, for now Though i still have the game freeze up on me during combat... Thanks for sharing!!
  11. Have exactly the same problem... tried setting the quest to done by using setstage, but that dosent work, the script still keeps on running. Basically its a location based script that causes CTDs/Freeze in certain locations, not everywhere...
