  1. I recently noticed that my in game hud had become transparent for some weird reason. Normally when you hover at a container for example, a part of the interaction box will be opaque but in my case all of it has transparency. Same goes for each part of the hud, subtitles, bars, ammo etc. I know for sure this is not normal. It's visible yet still "see through", as if you set your settings to like 70% transparency. The problem is, mine happened all of a sudden and I didn't make any changes to hud settings. Both in game slider and the ini are at 100% so it must be something else. Has anyone had this problem?
  2. files either not merged or merged improperly. This isnt enough info to solve the problem
  3. All my other mods work fine, 0 problems. Yet whenever I install a texture mod like hdrp, uhd, compilation - NONE of them work, not a single damn texture appears in game. I have no clue what to do, even tried removing every single other mod and just leaving 1 of those at a time - no change. Any suggestions?

  5. In the HoS dlc runewords xml there are different rune enchantments specified. I'd like to change how invigoration works, however, it's ability entry looks like this: <ability name="Runeword 4 _Stats"><tags>Runeword</tags> and nothing more. There must be another file that defines the whole "Runeword 4 _Stats" effect and how it works, but I cannot find it. One would assume it's in the gameplay/abilities/effects.xml but there is nothing remotely close to it. Any ideas?
  6. thank you very much, I can't believe I've overlooked this mod after trying to find a template for 2 days. edit : it was most likely an additional, unnecessary item tag, everything works fine now.
  7. How would one go about it? When I add a new ralchemy recipe in an xml the game doesn't recognise it. I can add it to my inventory via console but it will not show up in the alchemy tab, even though it has all the ingredients specified ( every other recipe works fine and is consumed automatically ). I'm thinking it may have something to do with localization_key entry? Has anyone done something similar?

I need something like this badly :( I know there is fHUD but it has a lot of other functions that I don't need and they create merge problems with my other so it's not an option for me there is another a mod that does exactly what I'm looking for but it's long outdated and sadly no longer works could anyone help me out ?
  9. I'm trying to change the lead belly perk in FWE which completely removes radiation from drinking, as opposed to the vanilla which only reduces it by 50%. I would like to tweak it or at the very least switch it to the way it was in vanilla. However, editing it in geck - adding "multiply drinking radiation" back doesnt do anything. What is the cause of this, is there some script or quest that also affects it?

So I've been messing with different animation replacers and it seems some of them disable directional jumping - you can only jump in place, which is a shame considering how amazing those animations can be - hitman's 1 person or nv re animated for example. Since it looks like support for those mods has long since expired, I'm asking here - is it possible to fix them somehow or is it a game limitation? If they can be fixed how should you go about it? Would nif skope be enough or is blender and plugins required?
  11. Basically looking to enhance the atmosphere of the game and add some spooky stuff to dungeons etc. I know about marts mutant mod but it's way too big and has compatibility issues, any sugestions?
  12. I had only 1 crash after "hopping" a few saves and there was also a graphical glitch with it, some textures just freaking out, other than that, it worked smooth, so I guess the thread is now solved. Thank you for this suggestion :)
  13. Oh my god this is incredible.. with the nvac plugin I was able to load 4 different saves in different locations without a crash! It's probably too early to tell if the problem is gone for good, I'm gonna update after a while.
  14. Just for clarity, I never edited the load order I posted, I copied it from a txt file generated by fomm. From what I understand you said the pitt should be in between anchorage and broken steel? It was like this all the time since I used boss to sort. As I said, loading the last save, even manually, isn't a problem as long as it's in the same location, so it would appear the game cannot handle having to load another big pack of data, so possibly some memory problem? I use a high res texturepack aswell. I'm gonna give the nvac a try and update, thanks for the suggestion
