Running BOSS is the main thing, amazing the game even starts with those ESMs at the end. Lot of stuff badly ordered. Kind of brave trying to mix a bunch of major mods first try. You should really read the documentation for Error Fixes, you need those extra compatibility plugins and the order it describes. It's got a nice easy to read chart to show you exactly what to do.
