Yeah New Orleans is a good idea :D Idk if they're gonna make a Fallout 5 or just a fallout after FO4, but I think it shouldn't be in a city. In the mountains would be cool! (I didn't double-post. Someone deleted his post.)

The last time I saw that "!" in pictures, it was the Tales of Two Wastelands mod. But idk I think this is a common problem for multiple mods. I think it prevents your game from crashing or indicates there's a conflict. But that weird sky is actually surprising me. It isn't meant to be like that, is it? Did you install a mod lately? It could be the problem, since you had no problems before. Did you change anything lately. That is most likely the problem.

Ok I don't think the vanilla guns are underpowered. They're ok and the game isn't realistic so a headset must not be a 1 hit kill. You know what I think I'll just stick with the vanilla guns and use WMK (Weapon Mod Kits). And I'll customize some my weapons. I'll buy supressors and scopes, but leave the laser and extended mag. I think that will give me enough variantion (that's what it's all about).

I've seen this topic too, but I don't know if I should believe that all that mods don't have overpowered weapons.

I am looking for one or more mods. Can someone help me? It have to be mods which give me new weapons and/or weapon mods like a silencer or nighvision. I want the weapons/mods to fit in the Fallout 3/New Vegas style, so not a modern weapon like for example a AA-12 or M4 with a ACOG scope for example. It has to be lore-friendly. I also want the mod to be totally not overpowered. I'd rather have underpowered weapons than weapon which make it too easy for me. So I don't want weapons which are more powerful than the original/vanilla weapons. I hope someone can help me with this And if you know mod(s) like this for Fallout 3 too than I'd like to hear that too. The most important factor for me is that the weapons are not overpowered. I don't wanna edit the weapons damage and stuff. If there are some lore-unfriendly weapons i can remove them, can't i? But changing the damage of weapons is not really my thing. I haven't modded so far, but I think I'm able to look into the files and remove a weapon. I can't be that hard.

So the weapons of FWE are overpowered (you called it tremendous damage)? I don't wanna have overpowered weapons. And Very Hard means you'll need a lot of Stimpacks? But again you don't have to tell me where to go, because I just wanna do my own thing and I don't really get the point of doing that stuff.

Wow you don't have to go into the details too much. You're talking about a specific weapon and ammo already. Idk I think I'll just download FWE than and set the difficulty to Very Hard? I'm going to start playing this game again you know so I don't know how hard Very Hard is. I hope it's not so hard that I need to buy Stimpacks. I don't think it will be too easy, but yeah idk. Is that a good idea? And what do you mean with 20th century weapons pack? Is that another mod or a optional file or what? Thanks for the help btw :) What I mean with lore friendly is no Enfield, Neostead, FN Fal or M95 sniper or a sort of energy melee weapons. It are mostly some melee weapons and snipers in WMX that are not lore-friendly. Also I don't think weapons like the Enfield XL70E3, Deagle, Neostead and FN Fal fit in Fallout New Vegas (Classic Fallout weapons).

Sorry, but I like it NEW VEGAS STYLE!!! The Mojave Wastelands gave me the impression there was still something left. That there was still hope. I also liked the colors/plants of the Mojave Wasteland. DC was just so dark. I also liked the creatures/enemies of the mojave more. I just had more fun exploring the Mojave Wasteland. A dev from Bethesda said this: "You'll get no tips from me. But the Mojave Wasteland was a fun place to explore, wasn't it?". But I think it would be better if the setting is not DC and not NV. But one thing is sure, FALLOUT 4 IS GONNA KICK ASS!!!! Oh yeah I really like Vaults. I think there should be more Vaults in Fallout 4. Like the vault 101 and Vault 22. They were awesome! EDIT: I think we all knew that the Fallout 4 wouldn't be DC neither NV. It seems like it's probably gonna be in Boston. The info Seriously DC or Boston... it doesn't matter. Did you think FO3's setting looked like DC? I think not. It just looked like a demolished piece of &^*% (i don't think that's a bad thing). I think no-one should wine now. You got what you want. A city! It will probably just like Fallout 3. I know everyone's gonna whine now, but you always do. I mean, everyone is so nostalgic. C'mon accept some fresh new idea's (not that it's the best idea ever). I think you would even whine if Fallout 4 would be set in DC. I think this is a good place for Fallout 4! Atleast it's something new. I liked Oblivion more than Skyrim, but atleast I'm not whining about it. Skyrim is great too, just like FNV.
