Mods are free meaning users of those mods will not demand or expect things from authors - unlike the paid developers of the gaming industry. Users who want to show monetary appreciation for mods can donate to the authors. This is the way it should be. Don't bring modding down with the antics of business.

In response to post #8295993. Do you believe there should not be a censorship system even for those who want it? I understand that restricting what everybody sees should not be done but the option to filter out files some people may not want to see is a welcome addition. For those who don't like it you simply need not use it.

I would really like to see a very small and simple mod that lets you control more volume options especially surrounding music. When adventuring around Skyrim I love to hear all of the wonderfully serene exploring tracks from the vanilla and my music mods, but when a dragon suddenly swoops over my head or a mud crab decides to ruin my day, I need to quickly turn down my music volume dramatically to prevent myself becoming deafened by the music. I love the combat tracks, and some are a nice volume level but I find myself constantly changing my volume in the menu which is very unimersive and a hassle to do. Just a simple mod, adding some more sliders specific to sound level for combat or exploration or town/inn music as well as a setting to decrease the dynamic range of volume for the music tracks. If anyone would like to try making this, or can point me in the direction of an existing mod that does something similar I would greatly appreciate it. -Devmarta

After trying to get Armed to the Teeth to work for hours i discovered that it wasn't compatible with one of my favourite mods, Skyrim Redone, or more specifically, the SkyRe_Races module. After sending a PM to T3nd0 he told me that the issue was simple, and that if someone could create a compatibility patch then theyd woork fine. I've tried countless times but being such an experienced modder I've been having a lot of trouble. If anyone knows a thing or two about modding, the nexus community would definitely benefit from a patch. If anyone has anything to say about the topic or things they might have a go at making one, please post a comment and let me know what your thoughts are. If you are also looking for a patch that does this please comment to make this thread known. if you know of an existing patch that allows armed to the teeth and SkyRe_Races to work together please post a comment.
