hope they come back again, when i want to go back to fo4 modding or skyrim, it helps alot to find old comments i had to remember the troubleshooting i do every other step with certain mods.

Extracted the mesh folder of ICH to data folder and it worked! thanks for this!

disabled smim and it was the culprit, was apparently using 2.05 of smim and now updated to 2.07 and things are in working order now.

happening to me aswell, only found one though, which was at hob's fall cave. thought it was probably smim but havent disabled to test things yet.
