Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch.esp ArmorKeywords.esm I kept getting obsolete with this one and I did not find the Unofficial FO4 patch helpful, cause more glitches than fixes. See if you can find an alternate for armorkeywords oh and it dose not play nice with AWKCR hope it helps you. oh CK gives lots of problems as well if you have it installed. Also download Loot run it and DL FO4Edit to clean up any dirty mods just don't do the DLC's as they are fine the way they are.

Hate to say it but MS does screw us over, run Loot and see if there are any errors in the mods as well, then runs FO4Edit if any need cleaning, me I tend to leave the DLC's alone as don't clean them the game seems to run fine with them dirty so to speak.

Uninstall CK, makes sense and if modders would stop using it as well, it would prob solve a lot of problem, I noticed sometimes when I download a mod one of the requirements are CK, to bad. Use Loot and FO4Edit to clean some of them up.

Snappy, Place Anywhere and Fix Abernathy tower collision, works like a charm Snappy house for the door frames. and don't use CC ;)

Run Loot see if there are any conflict ? Fixed a few for me, rather loot pointed them out and I then rectified them.

Did you run Loot, and then after run FO4Edit to clean out mods and loot to see if any conflicts exist ? It does not fix all the problem but it sure heck help, helped me but I was having that problem at Good Neighbor on approach and leaving unless it was fast travel. Loot found the problem FO4Edit fixed it just saying it might help you.

Run loot and download FO4Edit usually finds the problem, convert some of those mods to esl's with creation kit, be careful which ones you do though read and follow the instructions, but I would try loot and FO4Edit first and make sure you understand how they work...You might know all this but hey can't hurt. I had the same problem, I noticed you have well over 150 mods, I uninstalled them all, first the mods then the game, you can also covert some of those to esl with creation kit, BE CAREFUL when doing it, get rid of mods you have that do not need. Trust me less frustration and more time enjoying the game, you will spend less time trying to figure out whats wrong and more time enjoying the game. Oh and when you load them only do a few at a time, load a few run the game, make sure they work...If you download AAF definitely load in a few at a time. Just take your time. Cheers !

Thank you that actually fixed the problem for me, was having the same issue, deleted all references to F4se deleted the ini's and disabled all mods and verified.
