You might be confusing things by uploading the same file name over and over. After each upload completes the file has to propagate over our CDN network, which can take a little while. I'm not sure exactly what the cause is but it seem you may be the only person (as far as I know) with this problem.

This is incredibly weird considering you're in the same state as our LA server. So you're closeby relative to other users in the US. It unfortunately sounds like either an ISP issue or bad wiring somewhere between your home and our servers.

This seems to be a random necro of a post that is almost a year old. Locking.
