  1. Pickysaurus's post in Vortex update seems to have broken LOOT was marked as the answer
If it were a Vortex fault, every single user of the app would have this problem. I can assure you it's something in your setup.
  2. Pickysaurus's post in My Vortex is stuck on this screen, trying to install the extension for ff12. does anyone know the solution for this? was marked as the answer
You need to log in first. Click cancel, log in and do it again.
  3. Pickysaurus's post in Failed to set game mode was marked as the answer
For help with this extension, contact the developer here: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/532

It looks like you just need to create the folder referenced in the error.
  4. Pickysaurus's post in Vortex "installing game" forever was marked as the answer
Thanks for providing the details on how you fixed this. I think something in 1.8 has made this issue more prevalent.

  8. Pickysaurus's post in Wyre Bash stopped working after File check on Steam was marked as the answer
This forum is for support with Vortex, for Wyre Bash please post on the mod page or the relevant game forum.
  9. Pickysaurus's post in Vortex will not start. was marked as the answer
I can confirm, Vortex no longer supports Windows 7. The latest version of Electron (and Chromium) that Vortex uses will not run on Windows 7 or 8 and has a minimum requirement of Windows 10.

You can try using an old build of Vortex (not recommend) or see if there's a mod manager out there that still supports the older OS.
  10. Pickysaurus's post in How exactly do I create a profile in Vortex? was marked as the answer
    Settings ->Interface -> Enable Profile Management :)
  11. Pickysaurus's post in Cyberpunk mods doesnt work for me anymore. was marked as the answer
As Showler said, the game just updated so the mods themselves probably need updating.
  12. Pickysaurus's post in cant find the game was marked as the answer
I've found the problem, the SoD2 extension did exist at one point but is either hidden or deleted. I've removed the Vortex buttons from that game site.

  13. Pickysaurus's post in Can't find State Of Decay 2 in Vortex Mod Manager was marked as the answer
As shown in your screenshot, that game isn't supported at the moment.
  14. Pickysaurus's post in Failed to set game mod was marked as the answer
Go to the Games section, find CP2077, click menu, manually set the path to wherever you reinstalled the game to.
  15. Pickysaurus's post in Lifetime membership - HELP was marked as the answer
You are logged in as Moose836 - an account without a Premium plan. This is the account Vortex will use when you authorise.
  16. Pickysaurus's post in Cannot launch Vortex was marked as the answer
This ticket includes both a better explanation of the error and a solution https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Vortex/issues/13991
  17. Pickysaurus's post in Vortex doesn't starts SkyrimSE in English was marked as the answer
Vortex literally starts SkyrimSE.exe or or skse64_loader.exe so it's probably one of you mods that is causing this?
  18. Pickysaurus's post in Vortex: "failed with status 500" was marked as the answer
Ok, so it seems you had an endorsement without a game ID which was throwing Vortex off.

I've had the devs remove this bad data, so in theory it should work again.

We'll also review the data for other long-term members who may have a similar issue with their endorsements.
  19. Pickysaurus's post in Vortex Profile Save Game File Path Anomaly was marked as the answer
Make sure you're not overriding the save games path in SkyrimCustom.ini or an INI loaded by a plugin.
  20. Pickysaurus's post in Incorrect Adult Tag on my Uploaded Collection was marked as the answer
The way adult content works for Collections is described here: https://modding.wiki/en/nexusmods/collections/adult-content

As your collection did reference an adult mod in a draft revision before you first published it, I don't believe there is any mechanism to "undo" this flag.

Try pushing a new revision without any changes.
  21. Pickysaurus's post in Hogwarts Legacy mods install was marked as the answer
This reads like an error from UE4SS, which isn't anything to do with Vortex.
  22. Pickysaurus's post in I/O Error 21 wont go away was marked as the answer
Go to your dashboard and fix the tool that is pointing to the non-existant D drive.

It's caused by a poorly configured collection.
  23. Pickysaurus's post in Change exe Vortex uses to launch a game? was marked as the answer
Go to the Dashboard, find "Tools" add a new tool for your launcher, then set it as primary.
  24. Pickysaurus's post in Can't installs mods was marked as the answer
You need to pick a game first.
  25. Pickysaurus's post in How do i know if a mod is used in a collection ? was marked as the answer
There is a filter on the left side of the collections list pages. You can pick one or more mods there.
