    It really sounds like you picked the wrong EXE. Try going to Settings -> Download and turning the option to handle downloads off and back on again.

    You need to make sure you're pointing to C:\Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\Vortex.exe

    Mods that aren't on Nexus Mods can't be downloaded easily (i.e. without user input) so you have to do those manually regardless of membership.

    I'm curious though, why would you think mods not from Nexus Mods are impacted by your Premium status?

    Vortex scans for installed games in the background. It looks like something to do with your Xbox Game Pass installations might be messing it up.

    Purging will undo all changes made by Vortex. If you use tools that dump files into the game folder (like Nemesis) you'll need to clear that up manually.

    You've either hidden the game (show hidden games, top-right of the games screen) or disabled the extension (extensions section, find Skyrim, enable, restart).

    Skyrim SE is shown in the large tile in the top-left of the app, that means you are modding the game.

    If you deleted that folder you mentioned, you uninstalled the game extension.

    Based on their download history, they are playing Skyrim (2011).
     
    If the plugins screen does not appear, search under extensions for "gamebryo-plugin-management" if it's disabled, enable it. (Note, Vortex doesn't disable anything here itself, unless there's some kind of error in your setup).

    The drop-down is created based on mod metadata from the website, so it's not currently possible to create them in the UI.

    Try restarting your PC.
     
    Alternatively, you may need to remove the %appdata%\Vortex folder as it might have been corrupted in some way (note, this resets Vortex back to defaults and cannot be undone).

    We've got a couple of internal builds in testing where it has been fixed. I'm not sure when it'll be part of the public release. Potentially the next update. We had to quickly update for the GOG Skyrim release so some of the bugfixes didn't make it into 1.6.13.

    Can you try going to the Game tab and finding Skyrim SE. Open the little menu on the game tile. Then do "Manually set location" and point it at your GOG version install folder. Then restart Vortex and check your plugins tab. Enable any missing plugins and start the game.

    The messages you are being shown by SKSE generally tell you what's going on. Skyrim got updated, which broke SKSE. Both SKSE and Address Library have been updated but a bunch of SKSE plugins will need updates before they work again.

    If you unhide the "Dependencies" column in the mods table, you will be able to remove the filter that is applied.

    Vortex doesn't deploy anything to the "Mods" folder, that's for Creation Club content or content downloaded from Bethesda.net.
     
    All mod content goes into the Data folder.

    This is the game updating which causes problems with Spider-Man PC tool.
     
    Do the following. Disable all mods. Delete the TOC and TOC_BACKUP files in the asset_archive folder.
     
    Verify the game on Steam.
     
    Open the launcher to check that it's back to normal.
     
    Start modding again.
