  1. Papyrus is a .dll file not a .esp etc and doesn't show in plugins on any skyrim version.
  2. Hi guys, looked online and can't find a straight forward answer with step by step instructions. can someone please tell me how to get CK to work with skyrim VR? is it possible? I already have the CK installed in my SE version and I've tried a few things online like installing to VR folder and the custom ini etc but I think its still pulling SE data files (i know it tries to save to the SE data folder) Thanks :)
  3. 1, A lot of skyrim se mods work with VR, and a lot of the popular ones are compatible with the VR version. I have 87 mods so far, not really done much with skyrim VR yet as I'm waiting for new lenses for my headset. 2, Not sure what you mean, you buy and download skyrim VR and activate the VR profile in vortex start installing mods. 3, Not a easy one to answer as each player has their own go to mods but I know Alternate start live another life is one that doesn't work, you can't start a new game with it installed the game just locks up and you can't do anything. out of the top 120 games on nexus that is the only one that doesn't as far as I know, like I said each player has their own go to mods I don't have a few out of that top 120. 4, As #3 I've only had one mod from the ones I've tried, some mod have a warning so you know. 5, Comes down to your rig, your mod list. a lot of my mods are textures from SE, SFO, Rudy HQ, Skyland, SMIM but I have a intel i9, 32GB ram and a RTX2080TI.. I don't have any issues with frame rates. 6, I use the HTC Vive, Bought the rift a while ago and didn't like it the odd floating hand, tacking just wasn't accurate enough for me, the vive beats the rift for tracking. 7, no idea, Not tried with game pads as I use the vive controls, I know people have trouble setting or changing there controllers but the vive seams to be solid.

Trouble is most only own one VR headset so can only recommend what they have, personally I've owned the rift and the vive over the past few years and from my own experience I prefer the Vive, (waiting on parts to mod mine to use the Gear VR lens for a much better image) from my own experience I can say the vive wins hands down in tracking you can see for yourself in some VR videos on youtube where they use the rift on beat saber and they get the odd floating hand because the rift hasn't picked it up correctly.. the only time I've had that issue with Vive is when the sun shines directly in the room or the wife has opened the cupboard and one of the lighthouses gets blocked. Skyrim VR I have 87 mods enabled so far, a lot of the SE mods will work fine all the graphical ones I use in SE installed and work problem free. animation mods work fine to just make sure you use FNIS VR same with the other tools papyrus VR etc. But it will also come down to your system as with most games with mods. more you use the better your system will need to be and for VR its extra strain. I built my system with modding and VR in mind, with intel i9, 32GB ram and a RTX2080TI and so far I've not had any problems with a modded skyrim VR running 4k textures i installed from my se downloads.
  6. Hi guys, I'm after someone who can change a couple of things for me, where better to ask than here, from the novice modder to "Gods".. Two cells are player homes Proudspire manor and Lakeview manor. Lakeview, the basement, remove all items from the smithing area and add a bed/sleeping bag and a lockable cell type door between the smith area and shrine room that requires a key so npc's can't enter or exit. Proudspire, housecarl room, again remove everything add a sleeping bag and make the door lockable with a key, (requires key) move the housecarls sleeping bag to where the manikins are next to the smithy (remove all manikins from the home) I'm able to do most of this myself but for some reason I can't get the hang of keys or adding doors even following tutorials, I love playing with the abduction mods but I got nowhere to put NPC's once I have them and end up either killing them or forced to turn them in right away miles from where I need/ want to be but I always aim to be home by the end of a game day, having a cell opens up more options for me and these are the two homes I always end up going with, Proudspire I have no need to housecarl room (do you even get one from solitude? I don't recall seeing one) and lakeview, basement smithy pointless when you have one outside you can use, giving me two area's I can make better use of. Thanks guys.. hopefully someone has 30 minutes to kill spitting this one out for me.
  7. Hi guys, Could someone please add the ability to lock up a settler or pacified raider? I'm trying to roll play a minuteman playthrough and ran into a few synth settlers, now I could send them off to another settlement (empty) and kill them quietly but I would like to lock them in a cell and a select few I would like to assign to the pillory without them walking away from it and flagged as prisoner instead of "settler". I'm wondering if setting a floor 2x1 in size and locking them to it in some way would work giving the ability to build around that space knowing the prisoner won't walk off and remove the ability for settlers to get out of the pillory (bugs me how they can free themselves from that thing and walk off like they were just there for someone to take a photo) Thanks for taking the time to read my request guys.
  8. Shame beth didn't look at SKSE before skyrimSE, they could have opened the game up where SKSE did or even added more support to allow a smoother run for SKSE team.
  9. Had it a couple of times but only slight, each time I try to edit the ini files I get hit with a lot though.. no idea what is doing it, max settings on GTX 1080.
  10. Hi guys, Could someone please do a simple bear trap mod. I would like just the one iron bear trap I can craft at a forge and place in the world. I'm sure one of you seasoned modders could spit it out within minutes. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, not sure if modders can do this yet without the tools from Bethesda, But I'm looking for a mod or mods that adds realism to cities, new and more NPC's to cities and pubs with new (not replaced) clothes. I'm after wenches to hang near and in the pubs and generally more NPC's to make cities some what real (I've seen more people in villages than what bath puts in its cities :( If possible more NPC's with the marriage option too. I've not even got half way into the game yet I'm sure there are hundreds of other things that could be added by other users here? :D
  12. Could someone please mod the charges on enchanted weapons so I don't have to keep charging it after a few shots/hits.
