  1. Yep, Skyrim crashes when TESV.exe is close to 3.2GB of Memory usage. http://forum.step-project.com/showthread.php?tid=1929 I have the same issue, but earlier today i swapped all Texture Mods from 2K to 1K where possible.
  2. Well my VRam never been over 3GB..but close to 2900 MB. But i guess the TESV.exe went over or close to 3.2 which is causing my CTDs. I replaced most 2K Textures with 1K now, kept a couple 2K, but nothing major. Havn't checked Memory usage yet, and tbh i don't care as long as i don't crash anymore.
  3. Ye, spending more time trying to get the game to run than playing : / And i even bought some DLC i never got to play due all these CTDs. I'm not even running a whole lot of Mods. They are all cleaned with TES5Edit. I been selective with installing Mods aswell and stay away from ones that do cause CTDs. I do however have a LOT of 2K/4K textures installed, and i found something interesting over at the STEP Forums. http://forum.step-project.com/showthread.php?tid=1929 I never got to check the System Ram usage of Skyrim, but my VRam goes close to 3GB. So what i'm going to do now is go with 1K Textures for most and a couple of 2K for smaller objects. If that doesn't make any difference i simply gonna give up and move on to other Games.
  4. Same here CTDs at random moments. I guess i'm gonna put my new PC to use on other Games instead...
  5. If you have Enhanced Blood Textures get rid of that first. It's a really sweet mod, but it can cause many issues.
  6. Anyone know why "showracemenu" freezes my Skryim? I do use the Racemenu addon, but even without it the game freezes. Don't have anything special installed when it comes to Facial/Body Mods, just UNP and Navetsea Faces. I have to CRTL+ALT+DEL and kill the process. Load Order:
  7. Trying cleaning Mods with TES5Edit. I had 100% CTD when closing in on Karthwaster (near Markarth). Cleaning all Mods with TES5Edit fixed this issue. Might fix your issue. If you don't know how watch Gophers Tutorial --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fw3g_N1jcZQ

  9. Fixed it already. Flashed motherboard back to Bios F4. Looks like F5q was just too unstable.
  10. Just ran into a strange issue that i cannot seem to figure out. I was inside the dungeon doing the last part of the Companion Quest. Then about half way into the dungeon i got a strange screen flicker and my FPS was cut in half. I first thought it was my videocard OC that caused it to go into 2D Mode, but that wasn't the case. So i rebooted my system instead and fired up Skyrim again. But it keeps running crappy now : / I tried some other Games and they run just fine. Anyone know what could have happend? (Save games arn't bloated either, 6 MB at Level 15. I also loaded an old save but that doesn't matter.)

  13. Still getting the issue myself. Going for the 4th reinstall of Skyrim in 2 days atm. Last attempt aswell before i completely quit.
  14. I got those errors earlier today aswell. It started happening since the Dragonborn release which i havn't even bought yet. Apart from that i'm using the same Mods. It also seem the Scripts are really lagging, it takes quite a while untill some NPC responds in a dialogue. (I did update Convenient Horses to 4.6 tho, dunno if that could be causing it) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Seems it's not CH 4.6. Reinstalled SKSE aswell, but the MCM menu still isn't showing up. I guess will have to wait for an update.
  15. So, my game been running stable for MONTHS! And now all of a sudden it's locking up 5 seconds after entering the gates of Whiterun. I run past the smith whos talking to the imperial soldier and after that my game locks up. I havn't changed any mods and it been running fine a week ago.   16. Hi all, I'm currently in the progress of converting my Follower Facelifts into a single ESP using the Creation Kit. But i ran into a small problem with the warpaints. I have Weathered Warpaint and Improved Dirt by Xenius installed, which prevents the Warpaints from showing up in the CK. As soon as i uninstall it it works fine. Is there a way to make Weathered Warpaint and Improved Dirt show up in the CK, or is temporarily uninstalling it the only solution? Cheers. - Svarog
  17. Tried that, but it needs RCRN , CoT or RL. It instantly CTD before the Main menu pops up.
  18. I'm looking for someone whos experienced with the HD6 part of ENB, wince they guy who created seem to have quit. I'm currently using UNBLEAK 0.5 and i want to adjust the Adaptation when looking to Snow. Right now it turns the Brightness down too much. I tried to fiddle with the adaptation settings below, but it doesn't change anything ingame.   19. I'm trying to delete some old files from one of my Mods but it seems i don't have permission to do that anymore. I'm getting the following message; How do i get this permission?
  20. Oh well thanks anyways. It's very unlikely i will play Skyrim for much longer anyways since next month the new WoW Expansion comes out. So that basicly solves the issue :)
  21. Disabling Logging didn't help with the FPS issue. I installed the Critter Script which solved it, but it's still showing up and the log and i'm CTDing again at that location. It's so annoying, i can play throughout the whole world just fine without Lockups or CTDs except for that Cell. I also tried waiting 30 Days once but it didn't make any difference either. Would it be any help if i uploaded a Save Game at the Cave nearby? (I will dismiss followers as i use UFO)
  22. First of all i want to thank you for the Blue Palace and Dust Drop fix which does indeed work. Now, i was having the following issue --> http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/760786-bugged-locationquest/ I first applied the Blue Palace fix as that was always the last thing showing up before the CTD. In the end it seems that it was the Dust Drop causing it. Now while the CTDs in that Cell are gone it brought another issue after i applied the Dust Drop fix. Just before the Crossing that goes up hill when you come from Markarth my framerate goes from a steady 60 to 10-12 all of a sudden. I checked the logs and nothing strange is happening. (I believe the critter messages are related to 83Willow Bugs Mod. They show up for as long as i remember and arn't the cause as far as i know. Since they happen in any location). Anyways, would you know why the framerate drops all of a sudden when entering that Cell?
  23. I got the same issue in that Zone at the moment. My character is Level 32 at the moment and since i started i havn't had a single CTD or Freeze. Yesterday i was gonna do some quests in the area and went to Karthwasten first, well i thought i was gonna go there. As soon as i reached the crossing up to Karthwasten my game instantly CTDed. I went to browse the Log but it didn't make any sense. So today i been disabling Mods one by one to see if one was causing the issue, but no sigar. Sometimes i can reach into the village and walk around for a while, but in the end it will crash.
