I noticed something was up the other night when I started getting shite luck in gambling. Checked it, Luck had gone down by like 5 points. Thought it was some weird issue, thought nothing of it. Come tonight, I go to craft some ammo, it won't let me and it turns out every single skill had dropped by up to 70 points! I'm not sure what's going on here in the slightest, I've googled multiple variations on phrasing my issue and nothing has popped up other than one GUN post where the only reply was a very unhelpful "sure you're not addicted to chems?". Has anybody else encountered this? I'm not sure if something might be causing More Perks to go crazy, only thing I can think of. Plugin list: https://pastebin.com/ZrJZP4WW

I'm guessing C: for you is an SSD? You're going to get much faster loading times off an SSD.
