  2. Well yes it is. Thats why i pick up a sneak decrease mod too. But i think that the whole design of the vampire needs it. Although it was just a suggestion to my own playstyle. Nothing the mod creator(s) HAVE to do.
  3. I didnt talked about increasing Sneak dmg at all. Just when you are a vampire, cause of the hunter of the night design path. Think about it. If you have a mod that decreases sneak dmg (ill pick up one of them by myself, mostly "Rebalancing Skyrim") and play a vampire and you suddenly cant kill a person while you are a "Night-Hunter" it would be a bit... odd. That would just negate the lower sneak dmg for the vampires. So that they stay at the exact same lvl. + I just made that suggestion because i WILL play with a sneak decrease dmg. Ill just keep the dmg of vampires how it is right now
  4. Actually both. I played two with of that kind mods in Oblivion. Dont know the name, but ill google it, and if i find it, ill post it here. And i suppose if it was possible in Oblivion it will be too in Skyrim ;)

  6. I though in Soviet Russia steam games mod you? o.O Sure thing you can mod games. Just the same way like others. Its not like they have "russian only" installation paths or things like that.
  7. I Suppose that this will be possible. We cant be 100% sure, cause we dont have to creation kit right now, but i suppose with... 80% that this WILL be possible. I although would find it intersting to see my favourite parts of Oblivion in Skyrim, i played this awesome game for more than 1000 hours <3 The Elder Scrolls for life!
  8. We cant tell you right now. We dont know what will be possible with the mod tools, cause they arent released yet. Wait a week or two and than ask again.
  9. Right now, noone is working on something like that. Why? Because there is no Kit to do so. The Mod Tools arent released yet. You have to wait a couple of weeks for the Mod Tool to be released. Right after, you should see the first ones at the first-second day.

  14. Just came back from Dinner. So got some suggestions: Like Arredamaal said, possible add perks that allows you to Pick the locks faster. (Needed a new Lockpicking system.) For the other perks (others than Adept Lockpicking, Master Lockpicking....) there are many possibilities: - Show health of current pick. - Preview for the Chest (whats inside, like 50% of the items, so you know if you WANT to pick it or not) - Improved lockpicking, makes a sound when you are near the right point. (to pick the locks easier) - Stronger Picks. (Picks get more health or dont lose that much cause you have improved the feeling of not opening the lock, so you can take it away faster) - Lock Knowledge (Let you destroy a lock, one a day or something like that, so you dont need to pick it. You can do that because you know much about that Lock, the weaknesses and stuff) - Knowing how to Pick. (Let you use other items than Picks to pick a lock [if you lost all of your picks] for example... arrows. Like you break them and try it with them, for example.) Most of them are usuable even if you just need Player-Skill instead of Lockpicking-Skill, for example the preview of the Chest. So the skilltree wouldnt be 100% retarded and useless. If you go ahead with thinking you could add perks into that tree, that takes advantage of your skill in using your hands to create better items. (Smithing, Jewelry) Although you could think about the skill to hear things (like the lock clicking, if you are at the right spot), to add perks for Stealth (you can hear enemys further away, makes them appear at the minimap, for example). So much possibilities. Hope thats enough for just a quick summary of ideas. Maybe you can do something with them

  16. I agree 100%. At first is was like: w0000t leader of DB!!! after finished the ... kinda booring quest line. (Should have been more "COOL" killing ways, like pushing someone of a cliff and stuff). And than i was like: ... well.. what did i get? A ... "house"? Thats all? F*cking Sh*t! Would really like to see this Mod. We need to wait for the CK first, before someone can tell if its actual possible to do these things. But it SHOULD be possible actually.... Lets see.
  17. Actually yes. Well i dont know what will be possible with the CK cause its not released yet. But this shouldnt be problem at all.... There are already much diffrent corpses in the game, so you just would have to take them, recolor/retexture/remodel them a bit and exchange the corpses every X seconds. So shouldnt be THAT much of a problem ... i suppose.

  20. Sounds awesome! Exactly (well.. nearly) what i was looking for. Make it happen pls! Ill download it instantly. But I have some suggestions: - Make the Vampire jump higher. Sounds a bit creepy i know, but everytime i play a vampire in a TES game its making me sad, that they jump so tall. Its just... like.. it feels bad. Vampires should be able to jump higher, due to the unhuman strengh they have. - Vampires should get attacked by Werwolves, due to the natural aggression between these factions (that includes the companions). Means you cant join the companions if you are a Vampire. - Vampires should get extra damage while sneeking, making non-sneak-skilled characters able to actually be a night hunter. (Wouldnt change anything for sneak-skilled characters, cause they already kill everything instantly xD) Well ... suddenly my brain is empty... damn thing. I had much more, but ... cant remember them right now. Ill tell ya if i find them again.
  21. First Question: I dont know. Im Sry. Second Question: Well yes i suppose. The Creaktion Kit is not released yet so i cant tell exactly what is possilbe, but i suppose there will be even more possibilities in modding things than they were in Oblivion. Hope i could answer atleast one question :D
  22. Didnt tried a Mage right now. Just as Secondary skills (Way to weak, mages) but... THERE ARE NO POINTY HATS?! MAKE IT HAPPEN! WE NEED THEM!
  23. Wow dat sounds Awesome! I didnt read more than the first page, so i dont know what the others have written but i just wanted to reply to this ASAP because it sounds so awesome! Well the +% Dmg perks are seriously retarded. You could just remove them or going an RPG way, like Trainers, that teach you this Passive Perks in specific Quests, only made for this kind of skill. For example Archery: You could let the player go to a specific archery trainer to accept a skill quest. These Skill quests are only avaible at specific lvls in the skill, like 10/20/30... or something like that. For Archery the first (easy) quest could be something like you have to shot X puppets in X seconds to get it. The next one is harder and so on. Enemy archers are REALLY strong. They seriously should get tweaked down a bit. But the same goes to the NPC mages, they are RIDICOULUS. They can kill you with 1 Shot if you arent carefull enough. The Thief thingy sounds gerat and there is much space for Improvments in this idea. For example more entraces to homes, to better sneak into them. The option to drop stolen items in other houses to get the attention to someone other than you, so you can actually hide your thief identity.... and much more like that. That idea is great and can be improved to a really great gameplay change/rebalance. A good thing to add, could be more craftable things. Like Arrows, Staffs, Spell Scrolls, .... This mod idea just sounds epic and ill keep an eye on it. Make it happen! Edit: Just read ogridum's post and i have to agree at 100% of the things said. Had to say that, cause these things are REALLY annoying.
  24. You already CAN take Human Souls. But not with Azuras Star. With the Black Star it is possible. Before you get Azuras Star you have to choice to either bring it to the Elven Mage or the Goddess. You have chosen the Goddess and got Azuras Star. If you want to capture Human Souls you should have Chosen the Elven Mage to get the Black Star.... If someone is possible to do so, go ahead. But if not, just reload and do the Quest again, but give the Star to the Elven Mage.
