I love the Chameleon Legendary effect. It provides a Stealth field when the PC is sneak mode and not moving. I hate the Chameleon Legendary effect. When it is active, the PC cannot use the PIP Boy because the screen is whited out. Please tell me there is a mod that fixes this. Or do I need move this to Mod Requests cause no such mod exists? Dark0ne, I come from the world of software development. The vast majority of corporations that use ISV software self monitor. They deliberately want to avoid even the appearance of any copyright violations. They want to ensure that they have a corporate license for every piece of software which they and their employees use. They have been known to terminate employees that have unlicensed software on their laptops and tablets. With that said, I view MODs no differently than I view ISV software.

As a holder of several copyrights for software, I have become concerned with some of the direction this is headed. Everything I have read is directed toward getting NEXUS out of the copyright monitoring business and making things easy for the moderators. My concern is for the Copyright holders. What tools and or facilities is NEXUS willing to provide to copyright holders so they can quickly and efficiently review new material for potential theft of their copyrighted material? Is NEXUS willing to provide an API into it's site so that copyright holders can search uploaded material to ensure it does not contain their copyrighted material? Is NEXUS willing to electronically monitor uploaded material for registered electronic footprints and prevent them from being uploaded in the first place? Is NEXUS willing to provide copyright holders with a daily notification of new uploads and updates to existing uploaded material? Or is it NEXUS' intent to simply dump copyright monitoring onto the copyright holders and not aid or cooperate with copyright holders in discovering infringements on their copyrights? I finished the main quest line somewhere around level 55. I currently have 1750+ hours in and I am at level 228. My only challenge now is the to max out all the perks. I also enjoy collecting (stealing) power armor frames from Raiders, Gunners and BoS. Edited 'cause I can't spell for sith.

yes. recipes are on computer in same place you find VIM armor. Second armor (Vim Refresh) is in back of truck N of far Harbor.

The Tracking Centre says the field 'Last Downloaded' as "Premium Only" but the 'Last Downloaded' field has a valid date in the Download History. I do not understand.

I just started a new character that isn't even out of the vault. I had no mods. I added three mods, one at a time via the mod manager (USMC Paint for X01 armor, then Real Weapon Damage, then Buildable Power Armor). I was able to load the game after the first two mods. But it would not load after Buildable Power Armor was added. So I uninstalled the first two and had just Buildable Power Armor. The game still would not load. I disabled Buildable Power Armor and added the first two back. The Game loaded just fine. So I still need another option.

I had it. It stopped working with the Automatron beta (I had to remove to get my game to load) and it has never worked since. It cost me about 750 frames and it isn't getting fixed. So I need another option.

I am of the opinion that every piece of power armor in the game is mine. I have over a hundred Power Armor frames which I have stolen from Gunners, Raiders and the BoS. Short of the SetOwnership console command, there is no way to get these pieces of armor to a state where I don't have to Steal them every time I move them. But the SetOwnership command does not reset the FactionOwner, so I have BoS Knights showing up to reclaim their armor (and I am tired of killing them). So I would like a mod that resets the ownership AND the FactionOwner of a Power Armor Frame when I take possession of a piece of Power Armor that just happened to belong to someone else. Thank you in advance.

I just upgraded to NMM 0.61.14 and now I keep getting the following error when attempting to login from NMM. Login error: Unexpected response from the NEXUS login server. Please try again later. However, I can login here (to the Nexus Site) with no problem. wassup?

I prefer identifying and prosecuting pirates. This might be possible if Nexus were willing to take on the role of traffic cop. Nexus could put a non-disruptive encrypted footprint in every download. This footprint would identify the downloaders ID, the Date/Time of the Download, the uploader of the mod and the author of the mod. Any MOD which showed up on a pirate site could be identified by the footprint, the downloader identified and prosecuted.
