  1. I'll be poster #134 to say I want the ability to search comments on mod pages back lol hope you get that done soon. The full editor on the forum was much better for editing sticky comments, like FAQs or news. I also miss being able to properly multiquote comments on the forum page of mod comments. More power is better!
  2. I can see that point of view, and maybe it looks even worse if viewed on Mobile. I just know I took care with my posts back then and was happy with it. Maybe permissions can be set to allow only Page authors or moderators to post directly on the thread, being that they're responsible for the overall page anyway?
  3. Talking about the "Posts" tab you see on any Nexus Mod Page. The comments come from an actual forum thread and I used to always go there to reply so I can multiquote and put a lot more information in a single post instead of cluttering the page with several little posts. Those threads are Locked now as of a long time ago, only accepting posts through the more limited options on the mod page. Maybe some people doing it wrong caused some problems and that's why, but I never saw the reason. You can still multiquote if you write it manually. Any chance we can unlock these threads again? More power to the posters!
  4. I got a hell of a shortlist of replay-enhancement mods for you. For progression, get Morrowloot 4E with Lore Weapon Expansion, the Encounter Zones module from T3nd0's SkyRe (esp only), and use Skyrim Community Uncapper to cut XP gain in half. This combination is amazing. Cutting your XP in half is important to preserving low-level gameplay, which you'll find to be the most challenging and enjoyable. For difficulty, you want Combat Evolved, Duel, Revenge of the Enemies, Dragon Combat Overhaul, and Skyrim Immersive Creatures. Enemies will be badass and cool. Combines with SkyRe's Encounter Zones in brutal fashion. Lastly, iNeed and Immersive Potions. Trust me on Immersive Potions - it genuinely fixes Skyrim's stupid potion system in the simplest way possible. Also iNeed is something you'll never play again without. Also just because it's awesome, Kick Bash.
  5. A lesser power that functions like the Slow Time shout, but costs stamina/magicka/health, could then be added to favorites and grouped to your choice of a hotkey via SkyUI. BTW this sounds a lot like the game FEAR :D
  6. This is a mod request/brainstorm. I might even be able to construct it myself, with help, though I'm inexperienced with creating. I would rather contribute with ideas and critique/testing. We all hate Dragon ADHD, when your epic battle has to go on pause for five minutes while the Dragon needs to pick a fight with some bears a mile away. With mods that add more outdoor targets, such as Immersive Creatures, this can get pretty annoying. DCO does help some (and is amazing on its own) but doesn't solve the fundamental problem that every hostile unit can distract your dragon (even the mudcrabs). I believe there needs to be a mod that alters the interaction between dragons and most creatures. Creatures should usually flee from dragons, and mid-combat dragons should usually ignore fleeing targets. Guards and other brave things should be less likely to flee. This would alleviate the problem and improve immersion! Dragons should be F***CKING SCARY and things should run FROM them, not towards. Run for your Lives does something similar in cities, but depending on how it's written the same method might be too tedious for exteriors (and may not affect creatures added by mods). If there's not a way to modify global AI to avoid editing every creature in the game, maybe one could add an animation-less spell to every dragon that has a chance to make something flee? You'd only have to write for dragons and things that should be willing to fight dragons. Most Forsworn, for example, should probably go hide. And damn wolves. What kind of a stupid, rabies-infested wolf wants to fight a dragon?? My (inexperienced) thoughts are that a spell might be a great starting place. Imagine a spell with no animations and max projectile speed. The dragon would have to turn towards the target, which has already drawn its weapon and started towards him. The dragon sets his sights right on that Bandit Outlaw. What do you think is the most realistic response from a dirt-poor Redguard in leather armor? He should flee and attempt to exit combat. Such an invisible spell would, in action, produce a very realistic interaction. Things might still consider attacking it, sure, but chances are he's going to run for dear sweet life as soon as he realizes A DRAGON IS GOING TO MURDER HIM. To make it most compatible with mods that add creatures, the default chance to cause fleeing should be something like 90%. Then the spell can include a list of "brave" targets or creature types and characteristics with a lower chance to flee (and higher chances depending on the level of the Dragon). Dragons should then be likely to ignore fleeing targets, BUT to solve the potential issue of a dragon chasing high-hp targets forever, dragons should gain a massive damage buff against fleeing targets (which would look so awesome, dragons chasing down and murdering things as they run in terror). Isn't that what we all want to see  This could produce some interesting results that only serve to further improve immersion. Let's say a group of Forsworn decide life is more important than dragonslaying, so they flee the scene and later come across an Imperial patrol. Dragon fights could result in a host of small side effects that add a new level of realism. I really, really want this mod to exist, but I'm just not experienced enough to make it on my own and guarantee its compatibility and function. It would be best if a more skilled modder could take authorship, and my role would be just creative input. btw I made a sister post on Reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/28k7ns/solving_dragon_adhd_by_making_them_scare_things/ TL;DR: Most creatures and NPCs flee from dragons, dragons either ignore or quickly kill fleeing things, result: more consistent and realistic dragon battles
  7. This would actually be pretty awesome. An island to the north with some walkers roaming and a curiously large wall of ice blocking your path further north...
  8. It helps, but doesn't fix it entirely. I like what ApolloDown has to say about how dragons may still switch targets, because they're intelligent, but the fundamental problem that every hostile enemy within a mile has the chance to distract your dragon.
  9. Sorry to double-post, but I updated the OP with a constructive idea.
  10. Fixed  I have DCO, still happens. Ran into a dragon outside Markarth and the stupid thing aggroed on wolves, bears, a troll, and even goblins from Immersive Creatures. There were mountains and a river separating us. I literally just opened the console, turned off collision, and ran to every random enemy and console-killed it in order to continue my "epic" dragon battle. DCO is awesome, but not a solution to this particular annoyance.
  11. Nothing is more annoying than fighting a random dragon encounter outdoors and the stupid thing flies around attacking everything other than HIS SWORN ENEMY THE DRAGONBORN. And that includes the Holocaust. "This guy and his companion are shooting me with arrows, but I really just want to attack everything ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS HUGE RIVER." If there's a mod that makes dragons more focused, I haven't found it yet. Infinite kudos will go to whoever can write a prescription for dragon-Ritalin. EDIT: I've put my ideas for a solution in a separate thread devoted to a specific mod suggestion: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1823940-solving-dragon-adhd-by-making-them-scare-things/
  12. Reading your linked thread, it seems RCRN might be a real solution. Going to look into that, will post results.
  13. http://s11.postimg.org/6h2kake3m/2014_06_18_00001.jpg I get this crap in a lot of interiors with right angles. I think RLO is my only shadow-related mod that I've been using as long as I've had this problem (also using about 150 others). This is when holding a light source (currently, Dawnbreaker, while modded to glow). I can get this game to look so good in so many areas, but then I see this in half the interiors >.<
  14. Already have RCR and RCO installed, but still had to use the console to remove a bounty for attacking Thalmors on the road. Killed everyone, still kept 40 gold bounty for assault. RCO and RCR have helped but this crap still happens on occasion >: ( Any talented modder out there who knows who to rewrite the script so it's more reliable?
  15. For males, the seducers and/or winged twilights would likely be the ones. In fact, I would doubt Molag Bol routinely engages in intercourse with mortals, so I find it more likely Dremora rape the females. Usually. He does go both ways. In ESO in Coldharbour, there's a male you rescue from the capture of seducers and twilights, and if you read his notes he was having a hard time staying faithful to his wife. They're quite aggressive lol.
