[Problems with armor models and blender]

what tutorial did you use for combining meshs

 

 

I narrowed my model problem down to the pauldrons, i have 0 experience dealing with armor models. If i export w/o pauldrons the model appears fine and when i do an export with them on the model, the model pretty much implodes.

Is there something special i need to do to apply pauldrons to armor correctly? my previous problem was replacing an existing custom model which i fixed by replacing a

stock model instead.

I followed a tutorial on how to combine two meshes into one. I did everything the tut said to do, copied the bone weights from the source and mapped the textures but when i try to load my game...it crashes. Did i do something wrong in there?Everything was perfectly lined up and with no holes in the model.

[Can some one make the hair from the warden in the CGI?]

Now im not sure if any one can make there own stuff yet but, is there any way some one can make a hair mod that looks like the Warden from the CGI videos? some one made the face for it but none of the hairs match because tehy all suck, if some one can make his hair style that would be a huge+ for me and any one wanting there PC to look like him.
