<p>Sorry if there is a better section to post this in, however here is the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p> Every time I use Storm Call Shout, my bow animations when drawing back with an arrow, are super slow, while everything else in the game world moves at normal speed. I am not good with capturing or uploading videos, else I would have a link to show you what I mean.</p> <p> </p> <p> This happens every time, and reloading a game that was saved after using Storm Call Shout yields the same results, regardless of what type of bow I used, including Bound Bows.</p> <p> </p> <p> Very frustrating! </p> <p> </p> <p> I uninstalled Pretty Combat Idles, started a new game, gave myself the shout, and still have same results.</p> <p> </p> <p> I am using Improved Dragon Shouts mod, and when I open up everything using Tesvedit, the only other program that has anything to do with Storm Call Shout is Skyrim.esm. No other mods use it.</p> <p> </p> <p> Really baffled, because I am forced to play a game without ever using Storm Call Shout, else it will forever screw up my game using any bows. =( </p> <p> </p> <p>I am using SkyRe overhaul, and have 2 pt into the bow perk that slows time when zooming by 50% (Steady Hand). What I am experiencing is like this, but the animation time on my bow is always at 50% slower, while the rest of the game world is moving at normal speed, after Storm Call Shout has been used</p>

This has become a rather frustrating experience, as I have installed, uninstalled, and tried the 2 different .esp you can use, neither will work for me. This persists regardless of starting a new game or loading one. Currently I have Centered 3rd Person Camera - Unraised.esp activated, used BOSS to ensure best placement, and even checked all mods together using FNVEdit, but found no conflicts with any of them. Opening FalloutNV.esm and Centered 3rd person camera - unraised.esp using FNVEdit, there are no conflicts showing. I do see the values under 0015613 / fOverShoulderPosX : how FalloutNV lists the data value as 40.0 and Centered 3rd Person lists it at 0.0 This is baffling me to no ends, as I never had an issue before with 3rd Person Camera. No conflicts are showing up and I even tried creating a merged patch, which did not help. Here is my current list / load order, as I am running just Vanilla Fallout NV with no DLC of any kind. Honestly, do not expect much for a while, as it sounds like they are working on quite a bit. I share many others frustrations, however all we can do is wait. Everything I have attempted to download over past week has been corrupted or not complete. Good luck to the Nexus team on getting things sorted!

While I do understand major over hauls like what you are doing on Nexus, takes some time. That said, it has become very frustrating to not be able to play fallout 3 / nv / dlc with any mods, as we are unable to download anything still. =( Not sure what issues you guys ran into, but it seems to be a pretty big one if we are unable to update or download mods with no where else to get them. Good luck on getting your website / hosting stabilized hopefully in the near future. Until it is fixed, I guess I will need to find other games and things to mod.
