Also, the best way to fix it is to just use the console and add what ever abilities you had/want

Ive had a similar issue while using SkyUI+SKSE (latest versions) and changing forms from BeastForm back to normal. Supposedly the effect is still there but for some reason its not showing in the list I believe it is a bug with SkyUI.
For Instance, while using Aetherial's Crown to get two Stone powers, once BeastForm / VampireLord is activated all Active effects are removed. Upon returning to normal human form the effects are suppose to be reapplied. I have noticed that this is not always the case, or atleast it doesn't appear so.
After my own personal investigation (having thought I lossed the LoverStone, I went back to get it again. Being Prompted that I already have this Stone Power, though it does not show up in the list.
You can go get another power, come back to the LoverStone and get it again, than reequip the Crown. For example. But I am also missing Gaurdians Insight (the power that reduces damage I can inflict upon followers amoung other powers. While its concerning I believe that the powers are still there and just bugged from appearing in the list.
I hope this helps, if this is at all similar to what you are encountering. I am hoping that a Game Reload will address the list and show the remaining powers. I really should post this on SkyUI's forums page.

Hi Folks I need some help.
Shimmermist Cave is a Cave on a small mountain NorthEast of Whiterun. Most notable is the Shrine of Talos that you would be given a Quest from the Queen to return her dead husbands horn to the shrine.
The problem is anytime I get near the area I immediatly CTD (crash to desktop). I am unable to locate the rhyme, reason, or cause. I have included my load order and LOOT Report I am not sure if it is one the Records or Deleted NavMeshs and I don't know how to fix them.

Without knowing more about your system specs it maybe difficult to analyze the problem fully. Assuming your system is able to run the game I will move past the possible problem that you maynot be able to run it.
Having said that, Make sure you are running the game as administrator, Typically that cures a lot of problems with system issues.
Are you Running SKSE and/or SkyUI? Trying to run SkyUI without SKSE can and will cause issues with game performance.
There are several tools that you may need to investigate on and use reguarly. LOOT is a big one, along with SaveTool Editor/Fixer. It could be that you have a load order issue (LOOT), or your Save is corrupted (SaveTool)

Make sure your are using Nexus Mod Manager when installing mods to make it easier, and you are using the Official Patches before using the UnOfficial patches.
Dead Men's Respite -> Crash

Its quite easy to get around the issue, but as for a fix ... a fix will require a fresh install and a new game without mods, than slowly adding mods cleaning them before using them.
Been there.
As for a work around it depends on what quest you are on but here is what I did.
Open Console:
Player.sqs <QuestID>
(entering this in will tell the console you are selecting this quest as you Active Quest, thus it will report back the stages you have completed 1-30 usually with a value of 1=completed stage or 0=not yet completed. )
Next Type:
SetStage <QuestID> (Stage#)
This will advance you in the quest as if you had done it, the Journal will update.
So if you are trying to get to the outside of DeadMen's Respite to place Elisf's dead husbands horn at the shrine of Talos you will enter in
Player.Sqs SolitudeFreeform07
SetStage SolitudeFreeform07 10
Return to Elisf for your reward

Hope this helps, if I had to guess a cause of these LOD load CTD's it would be from the "UnOfficial Skyrim Patch" the author of which changed numerous things which did not need to be changed, added values, integers, vertices, triangles, messed with collision boxes ect that did not need to be messed with.
