damn *double post* maybe there are some .esp ore .bsa without his .esm ....this will crash the client at start. some mods using a .esm and will crashing the client without his .esp. if you use many hd textures and you using enhanced shaders (enb) so try to set the options for shaders from very high to high. you want see a different, but you winning much better performance.

runs without problems on my system. i'll testing today evening

load the skyrim.esm with the ck and go to the actors db and search wich npc you want to change, then doubleclick him and use the tab for the face. change what you want and see them directly at the right side at the preview window. you can simply resize it with drag an drop at the border. finally push ok and save your new *.esp.

works great big fat thanks mate i've tried following create a *.esp with npc editor with normal stance opened the created *.esp with the ck as active file changed 1h combat style to 2h combat style changed 1h human boss to 2h human boss changed her skintone to 3, the hair to chestnut and add 50% black colored eyeliner respecced to lvl 81 with some nice well done stats gave her as outfit a custommade one without hood gave her a steelgreatsword export the face with ctrl+f4 save the *.esp ingame .... reload a new instance remove the duplicated wedding outfit, but leave her the greatsword gave her a nice armor (eisen armor with ebony crown) gave her some nice weapons (ebony greatsword, ebony bow, some ebony arrows) fast travel to action -> a cave with thugs in front XD annnnnd BOOOOOOM my baby beats the s*** out of these guys with Bow at range und Sword inside close combat. *ISSUE SOLVED* and one thing more to now .....to the others

the ck will set a queue for delete, before saving that will be deleted. test it delete something, save and reload the *.esp

1. go to ck with your esp as active file 2. then locate your CHANGED npc and highlight/mark them (don't doubleclick) 3. push ctrl+f4 and click enter. 4. test the face ingame This is a Bug and Bethesda knows it.

hi, my follower want use his weapon in a fight, he put his sword back and starts punching with the enemys. i've found out, that are only when i use a .esp where i changed him. from 1h combatstyle to 2h combatstyle (lydia) in my case. i have these effect with npc-editor and ck. have anyone the same problem an maybe a solution for this?

i've fixed that by reload an old savegame

hi, my follower have a greatsword, it is in his inventory and he use them but all without texture. it looks like pantomime. when the fight begins the weapon will spawn and stay until to the next area-reload. .showinvetory & .removeallitems doesn't solve this. is there a cache from skyrim ore else ? have anyone a idea ?

hi, there is a little task for the modders here. is it possible to hide the .. Wedding Wreath 0008895a from the default wedding outfit. if anyone can create this, that would be nice. i think a little part of players who have customized some npc's would be thankfull. at my case i've changed the defauld outfit of the priests of dibella to the the leia armor and it looks a little bit strange with there alpine meadow on her heads. thank you very much *edit* i've made this by myself: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8205
