They where absorbed into the NCR because the Legion was moving into the region and they didn't have enough men to fight the legion and keep the highways safe

Please, give the Enclave a rest. They where cool villains in Fallout 2, but now they're becoming a cliche thanks to Fallout 3 (a game where the shouldn't even have existed). They where done perfectly in New Vegas! There shouldn't be huge surviving forces, there should just be small remnants. If you do want to make a mod with the Enclave in it, make them a small remnant force trying to survive, not some huge "Evil" force trying to take over the world.

It's obvious they don't care about kudos. There's more reasons to make mods than to get recognition.

There's hundreds of lore unfriendly weapons, clothing and companion mods for NV, yet you complain about the one that's trying to fit into the universe? Remember, the US had and still has a huge influence on the Worlds culture, especially in the Post-WWII era. Russia would especially be more Americanized, because they took the place of China as America's communist friends. Anyways, if this mod is made, how would the courier get to that region?

I'm sorry, but it was never hinted that America was the only place that survived the war. All you have to go by is some visuals from Mothership zeta, which isn't very good proof. Anyways, I think Russia is a bit overdone when it comes to Post-Apocalyptic games. Now if somebody were to make a mod set in China, then I definitely play that.

If you're going to include the Pope, you definitely need to include a Power-Armored, Thermic Lance wielding Swiss guard! Perhaps when you finish all the Popes quests, the head of the guard can give you power armor training and a set of Swiss T51-b armor.

Somebody needs to revive this project now! I remember being incredibly disappointed when I found out there was no Fear and Loathing references in New Vegas! Fear and Loathing is my favorite movie of all time, and I'd totally love to see Duke and Gonzo take it to the strip!

You know how Casino restoration mods are pretty popular (Bison Steve, Run the Luck 38 ect.), well, I had an idea for a similar type of mod. Basically, the PC runs into a group of prospectors and traders who are interested in restoring a Drive-In movie theater East of Vegas. To do that, first the courier must clear out the Fire Gecko infestation. After you finish that, the courier must repair the projectors, either with a Repair of 40, a Science of 60, or by gathering replacement parts. Once that's completed, you must: -Acquire movies to play at the theater -Acquire a deal with a food supplier in order to supply the theatre with concessions -Hire employees to run the projectors/sell snacks -Hire mercenaries to make sure raiders don't attack the theatre -Advertise the theatre via Radio, criers and stuff like that I'm still working on ideas, but that's the general premise so far. So, what do you guys think?

Then how is there a category for radio stations with hundreds of musicians on them? And, uh, unless you're into the 80's metal, then I have no clue what you're talking about. Most of those bands are amazing, and Devin Townsend is the best musician ever to of lived That music is either Public Domain or Creative commons. Also, I don't enjoy Generic Nu Metal, Deathcore and Djent.

All that music is copyrighted, meaning it can't be put on the nexus. You could use the MyRadio mod. It allows you to make your own station with your MP3's. Also, no offense, but your taste in "Metal" is pretty bad IMO.
