  3. Referring to this link, Betheseda is starting a beta for its new TESV-DLC 'Dawnguard'....exclusively for XBOX :confused: . Does anyone think they will start a Beta for PC too?
  4. maybe a Polymorph-Shout that turns your enemy in something harmless (e.g. chicken...) for a short amount of time. The time span grows with more words found in caverns. Should be possible as the wabbajack does something similar, though it's a raging demon that chases you.

I really would like seeing some of this, even a non-functional gate, hidden and used by the Dwemers long time ago (nearly every existent dwemer-quest ends more or less with the sentence "Yep, you found it but its broken"). I personally do not understand why it would not fit into Skyrim. If you take the opposite approach, most of the worlds visited by the teams in the Stargate Series ARE inhibted by medival societies (epscially in the late seasons) that have no real awareness of this or any other modern technology. If anyone is going to make a mod with other worlds, he/she would face the more or less indefinite work of building not only several new dungeons but also a complete new exterior world. No to mention eventual new textures. bben46: BTW, I went to high school with one of the actors from the original Stargate movie - the one that played the General. :happy: ---> You were in same class with 'General Hammond'?   7. Hello, i just have a few questions concerning download histories: When a mod has been removed by the user some time after I downloaded it, will it still be displayed in the history? In how far is the precision of this list affected by premium membership? Does the complete history somehow get "thinned out" when working as a "normal" account? (I guess it is not at all but I just want to ask to be sure...) (sry for grammar ;P )
  8. I have been looking for a mod I have used when I played Skyrim the first time. Now, after reinstalling I wanted to add it again but it seems that it has disappeared/I can't remember its exact name. The mod uses 3 slightly modified versions of the Barenziahs stone's texture. About 20 of them are hidden in random locations (dungeon, places,etc...). When picking one up, you get a slight boost (+5) to your stats (health/stamina,magicka). May anyone share the link/name of this mod with me? Thanks in advance!

So, after attempting to start a new game in Skyrim again, I am now standing in front of Mount Anthor's word wall just to realize it's glitched (two different dragon texts layered above each other with burning sound still there). Why the hell did this bug has to appear NOW and not in the first place (i collected the word in my first save). Are there still none work-arounds known, besides using console stuff?
  10. normally, you would change the map.swf and mapmarkers.swf files (ActionScript). Unluckily, you need also SKSE and I don't think they've identified the branch of object that interact with the map int this way.
  11. hey, nice to hear about that mod. Its always a matter of time that mods like this are to be released. Soon, someone will release a "dragon mount"-mod too.
  12. why?, I think there are enough points to spend...either a specialist or a generalist (sort of). Unless you installed the "Additional-Perk-Mod" that adds 40 perk points and extend the 5-stage skill tree to 7 stages, then i like your idea.
  13. as well as the people's wrong reactions when approaching to them. e.g. You found 3 flawless amethysts for person X but also "asked" him to pay his debts for the thieves'guild. CONVERSATION: "Thanks, you done me a great favor" COMMENT (after pressing Tab): "Get out here, miserable thief!")
  14. hmm. the standard is set looks kinda boring thats right, the parts need definetely more color, the dragon usually comes in different ones too.
  15. as its a functional thing, i think you would need at least a script extender like SKSE, then there's the problem you would have to convert the swf-files or at least extract the action script from it. And then the real fun starts, because you need to be comfortable wit ActionScript... Unluckily, it is not the usual copy paste thing like with any texture mod...
