Having your follower rush an enemy or jump in the way of your carefully crafted "sneak" kill is annoying...especially when they take the hit and are now DEAD. The follower should automatically sneak while you sneak, and stay behind you. They should only attack if the enemy is rushing you and you are "seen"

I think you should be able to build, takeover, or buy a sanctuary (like the Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild) where you could set up a Harem. You could capture female enemies (Foresworn) and bring them there to live, or do favors for female NPCs in town in turn for their loyalty. You could outfit them as you wish. Some would belly dance in the background, some would bring you food or drinks, some would engage you in conversation. Another aspect would be that "enemy" forces would randomly attack your sanctuary and take some girls hostage. You'd have to go and rescue them...of course they would be grateful.

Instead of killing the hot Foresworn women, you could "stun" them, put them on your horse, and take them back to your home. There you could outfit them as you wish and they would be a house servant, or follower.

My character is an archer, and I love the sneak bonus kills. The only thing that would make it better is to have the camera follow the arrow's path and show the kill in slow motion...like Fallout. It wouldn't be for every kill, but you could accumulate a "kill" bonus and use when you like, or just enable on upper level bosses.
