Are you testing on a savegame that previously had Dawnguard or a mod that affects vampires active? Yes I am. I had Dawnguard active and tried to get stage 4 hostility back with Better Vampires.

When I am a stage 4 vampire, npcs attack me, but guards attack the npcs. Does anybody know how to fix this? I disabled all mods and addons for testing and it still happens.

Yet, the guards attack the npcs attacking me. Edit: Not mods fault. Still happens with all mods + addons disabled. To make things worse, when i disable dawnguard, skyrim crashes atm. I have to check through all mods now. This DLC ruined the fun for me :/

I have no clue about scripting or modding. This does not help me at all, sorry :/

The Better Vampires does as much bad as it does good for me.

The problem with that Better Vampires is, that it changes other things as wel :/ I cant find how to deactivate everything else. e.g. level progression / more damage as vampire.

Hi, I installed dawnguard and I want NPCs to attack me again when I am a stage 4 normal vampire (vanilla behavior). Is there any way to revert it? Thanks in advance

I got the dawnguard dlc and it removed hostility towards stage 4 vampires. That takes out all the fun out of being a vampire! Does anybody know a mod to make those npc hostile again? I don't want anything else to change.
