I can now swap back and forth between Fallout 4 and Fallout London just by changing profiles. I did a fresh install of FO4 (GoG version 163) and vortex then installed all my mods and played a little to create a save and make sure it all worked. Then I created, not cloned, a new profile for FO4 then switched to it and enabled and added mods I use for FOL. (I turned on both "This profile has its own save games" and "This profile uses its own settings" for both profiles) (Following the FOLON guide, I created a FOL mod file by simply by archiving the FOL data folder)(I used winrar) Then I replaced the Fallout4.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini with the ones from FOL while that profile was active.

I did not check the 2 boxes on the default profile before switching to the second one. Do I need to do that to make this work?

Vortex is up to date. Modding Fallout 4. I enabled use profiles. I created a new profile for FO4 I turned on both "This profile has its own save games" and "This profile uses its own settings". Mods are working fine, savegames are working as intended but.... Where are the seperate games settings for this profile? I need to use a different Fallout4.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini for each profile. I thought that's what "This profile uses its own settings" would let me do, did I misunderstand what that option does?

This please. The new design is a massive waste of space. I can see only 8 mods at a time on my 27" monitor plus 2 huge empty black bars on each side of the screen.

The people at FOLON say to just archive the data folder from thier mod and add it as a mod through vortex. You need to also use thier ini files or you get an infinite loading screen. So far I've had to manually backup my regular ini's and drop thiers in. FOL is working fine but I haven't tried swapping back yet.

Me too! Well actually I want to roam around as who ever I have set as the party leader in and out of combat. It's a little disorienting to suddenly jump bodies every time combat starts.

In combat, out of combat, any conditions you can think of, it doesn't matter. I'm using the Revenant and randomly it refuses to reload. I see the animation, I hear the sound but it's still empty. I have to reload over and over a random amount of times. It has taken me 8 times, while out of combat to get the ammo count above 0. Has no one ever figured out how to fix this? Note: I am running the lastest version of the Digitial Deluxe game from Steam.

We need something like "Faceripper" . Shipripper! Your ships are in your saves right. It's easy to backup your saves. You buy a Shieldbreaker, you modify it but don't rename it. You start a new game and buy a Shieldbreaker. Then you rip the modded version from your old save and paste it into your new save. You don't need to decode the data, just copy paste it.

Please, can we get ahead of the mind numbing mess this time? I would like to see a stickied thread that only mod authors can post in. Allow mod authors to add thier own sub folders for each of their mods where they can post information when a game update has broken their mod and if and when they plan to update it for the current game build. Also, add an option for mod author to switch the folder icon between a "working" and a "broken" status.

All Starborn Guardian ships are P'OS! Please make them upgradable. I don't want to make any visible changes, I just want to upgrade the stats to match a C Class ship in sheild and weapon power. By the time I get to the first NG+ I can build C class ships. This means I can easily build a ship that is far superior to even the Starborn Guardian VI. I'd love to fly around in the Starborn ship but it's basically a Class A starter ship. You'd think while visiting infinite universes the Starborn would learn to build more capable ships.

If your rig can't run win10, then it surely can not run this game :(

The brakes on all vehicles are crap. It's 2077 FFS! did everyone go back to mechanical drum brakes from the early 1900's? Please give me some brake fluid and a vacuum booster! Better yet, ABS!

For me it's pretty random. Usually the game doesn't show the spacesuit when it's not needed with one glaring exception, on my damn ship! Everyone else is running around the ship without one except me! Just another Bethesda 'feature'.

One of the first things I did was open the console, target him, PR his ID and enter "Setscale .5" !
